There is no such thing as a "free trial" period - at least, none that the user can trigger. If you're not ready to start a "business," you don't want to sign up. They don't tell you they are taking $50.00 from your credit card until after they have already taken it and then they give you the fine print:

Monthly Service fees will billed each month at $49.90 monthly for the continued service of the website, eBay auction software and for the membership to the TradeWorks product club. No refunds will be given for failure to use the requested and provided services. We reserve the right to transfer your billing to a third party Merchant of Record. This authority will remain in effect until revoked by you. This agreement will remain in effect each month until cancelled by you. You may cancel at anytime by writing to 180 South 300 West Suite 400, Salt Lake City UT 84101 or calling 1-800-497-4988. I agree that Pacific Webworks shall be fully protected in honoring any electronic transfer or collection. Pacific WebWorks shall not be responsible for refunding any Account Set-Up fees or training fees. By submitting this information I am agreeing to the terms stated herein. All clients agree to billing that is automatic each month. Pacific WebWorks will not send notification, postal or electronic, when a billing occurs.

The best bet is to avoid them in the first place. Always check RipOffReport.com before sihgning up for anything on the internet!

First off,I dont shop ebay, or any other websites of its kind, and on March,17 2008 I recieved a call from my bank stating there was suspicious activity going on with my ATM account and that they froze all of my accounts. well much to my surprise these creeps.... tryed rob me of almost 2000.00 worth of what I dont know, but two that read in my account were for internet ship way bill two of the same charges in the amount of 933.20 is what set my bank off. and after notifying the Utah state police I was told that they are well aware of this company and have even given them a citation once before but because they use third party resources so its actually a federal matter, but please for anyone else that this happens to you have to notify FBI,FTC,BBB,Attorney General office in your state and Utah, Microsoft,Ebay,And your financial institution and complain they told me they know all about them but just a few complaints wont do it which is not right but these looosers have been doing this since like 2004 and to this date still getting away with its just not right oh yeah and one other thing if they just used your info without youe knowledge then a police report too and set up a fraud alert on your credit cards at anyone of the three reporting bureaus. Good Luck
