Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

As a long time employee I have been made apart of this company's immoral, unprofessional and illegal ways of their busniess practices.Yes they(crisis response) people tell unsuspecting clients that they can have and use cell phones, computors and ipods while in treatment, that they can go to the beach everyday or whatever the incoming clients wants to do.They don't tell them that as soon as they enter treatment all of this will be taken away. They lie just so that they can suck you in after traveling across country to get there. That you have no phone privaleges till after 5 days.At the womens facility they take away phone privaleges over the smallest rule infractions, late for group= 3days no phones. They made us house managers not give clients medications on discharge if clients had medications that were discontinued. They would reuse these medications and make samples out of them. This is illegal and unethical, dangerous practice. This was the reason for my termination....I logged a sample medication(pills in a coin enevelope) under the wrong name and was told by my supervisor that she was writting me up for a violation,I along with 4 other house managers gave the client the wrong medication, only I recieved a written violation. My supervisor was a 22 year old kid,she never gave me the warning to sign, not allowed to see it,or even if she did write me up.When ever I would question her about her actions I was told it was none of my business.I was never given due process over this write up.I went into a locked file cabinet to check for sample medications(in coin envelpoes) and found my personnel file and looked for the violation and there it was along with a copy of the medication log sheet with a photo copy of the (coin envelope) attached to it.I made copies of it.I was put on 5 days suspension and then fired on day 6.Terminated for going in without permission, they act like I am not allowed to see my personnel file..Calif labor laws say that I have every right to copy my files.I have been fighting for unemployment since nov 2009,Pacific hills did not phone in for the phone in appeals hearing and another injustice was done to me by the administrative law judge when in every court I know of finds that the other party does not show they forfit their case.I am waiting for my last appeal hearing,I have tried finding work but with Pac. Hills as my work reference I can not find work due to the termination. So this is how they treat their employee' s you can imagine how they treat your love ones.
