Pacific Lending - Van Nuys California Insurance Agent - State of NY Van Nuys, California
Pacific Lending is a complete rip-off. They cold called me and said they had quality, pre-verified, leads and were selling them with market exclusivity. There average close rate was 10 - 20% because they pre-called each lead. I figured I would give them a try and purchased 20 leads. They were expensive but I figured if they were pre-screened and had a higher close rate they would be worth it.
After I pre-paid and started receiving the leads I discovered that not a single person I called had ever heard of Pacific Lending, the person never asked for an insurance quote, and more than 50% of the numbers were invalid so I could not get a person on the phone.
In addition the phone number for Pacific Lending changed ever week or so which made me suspicious. I tried getting my money back and was told the money was non-refundable even though nothing they promised on was delivered. Stay away from this company.
