ICEBEAR - PACIFIC RIM INT'L - BEWARE BEWARE - ALL DEALERS STAY AWAY! 

 

Dont send Harry - Wendy (His ugly wife) or Fernando Gonzalez (sales clown) ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!

 

They will promise you the world and NEVER deliver!

 

They have ZERO parts for warranty - i mean ZERO - Shaunna is the parts Idiot at icebear and will excuse their way out of everything

 

I have a few customers with brand new scooters with huge bubbles in their tires - Icebear said thats not their problem - DOT should investigate this cheap NON DOT tires they are putting on these scooters - This will kill someone.

 

They have no care in the world.  DEALERS - GO TO PEACE SPORTS - OR TAOTAO -stay away - all is still junk, but icebear will just block your phone number or hang up on you.

 

The CPSC needs to step in - DOT also - this is some good $$$ for an Attorney - especially with my cases.

 

BEWARE - STAY AWAY !!

Very simple - iceBear - Ice Bear - Icebear Powersports is all a SCAM - Harry the owner - Wendy the wife, Fernando the sales Liar - They are all a joke. Dont get trapped, i have all the evidence needed, anyone can contact me, buying from thing is like burning your money! NO parts, no no no parts, will hide from you, NEVER answer your call, push those garbace Trikes on you, Atvs - all high priced garbage, the jeeps they sell will never make it out your door, anything you buy from them, you will i said WILL repair the imtem atleast 3-4 times before the customer even takes delivery, then after, lol have fun. They use the cheapest materials dont back anything up and use alot of clear on the paint so it looks beautiful, dont fall for the trap, thats why i have emails here staing they cant stay in business cause they are loosing, ask about Elizabeth, worked there, see what they tell you. Just stay away from this company.   I have over 100 units of their garbage in stock, what im going to do is; each customer that comes back with a problem ( probably every customer) im going to have them open a NEW case on this site and others. You people at IceBear Powersports are PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES IN DANGER.   Beware everyone.. Read the attachments!

 Rapid Jim. The only thing your rapid at is running your mouth. It's so clear that ice Bear is begging you to write these remodels knowing they need your help. And I had rapid gym with the rapid mouth let's do this the 10 bikes in that order as a customer I have that asked for that garbage and wow ice bear was emailing me at 8:43 AM and then acting like their email system was down with a temporary email I tested them. And they gave me the reply I wanted ripoff report does work!! But there is no way I would purchase anything from them since they can't supply parts or even build of Scooter ATV without immediate complications so you want to take this further and make it worse for them I'm going to have every client that buys the remaining garbage ice beer products I have of theirs post a separate thread on here and complain and furthermore I'm going to post pictures of a brand-new T9 in my display window that died right there cause of that garbage carburetors they use . The best part about it all is that that guy they call the owner Harry was standing right in my store at the time.. are you a little insults about get a life etc. etc. just goes to show everyone reading this what a clown you are I'm not even going to respond or waste my time with your lack of better words . This goes for Fernando and ice bear also who is you're number one contact, another liar. Goodbye rapid Jim put your certifications to use and good luck with those ice bear discounts conversation over one more I see on here I guarantee you I got 125 units in stock there will be 125 more complaints on here trying me !!!

Lets clear this up again Tony.  I DO NOT  work for Ice Bear so you can take your AKA and do whatever you want with it. All you have to do is Google RapidJim to find who I am and what I do.

 

Also, if you are so against Ice Bear and their products, why are you trying to buy 10 machines as stated in their rebuttal????????????   Sure shoots your credibilty in the hind quarters!

This customer has made outrages claims post pictures and slanders our company however here is a email from a few days ago from this customer inquiring about purchasing 10 more bikes. Not sure about any one else but if we had a true experience like this we would not be trying to purchase anything unless it was all faulty

 Listen "RapidJim AKA Icebear. Go find something to do! Like fix Icebear's pacific rim intl garbage scooters trikes atvs Maddogs. They are failing in the game. You know it. I know it. 90% of the dealers and retailers know it. Your just the 10% left that is still, well,you know! Btw. I have a great life! Let's get back to ICEBEAR. Now that your firing this up. Instead of having all these customers file complaints with CPSC and other entities. I'm going to have them file ALL ON HERE. It's their right!! Have a wonderful day. Hey. I did not receive anything from Ice Bear nor am I getting any other rebate of any kind for my response to your slanderous Rip Off Report.  You need to grow up and get a life.

 First off. You were asked to submit this reply. Like you said you personally know the owners that's why you were asked and I'm already aware of that so you're wasting your time trying to save them for a simple five dollar discount per unit on the garbage they sell to these dealers Let's take this a step forward and get a pole from all the dealers they got ripped off and retail customers that got ripped off and the unsafe products that they bring in the peoples lives are a danger and will know the truth from that point your word don't count my words don't count ice bear they don't have a word. So with all those certifications in years in business you got time to sit here and read rip off report and type that long long paragraph without ice bear asking you to do you really think we believe that come on .

Let me start off by introducing myself. I am an Ice Bear Dealer and have been buying from them since 2008. I am a Master Automotive Tech (since Aug, 1976) and also ASE Certified since Nov 1994. I started my own shop 25 years ago and carry a BBB rating of A+ with only one unfounded complaint.

 

First off this person should be assamed of himself for slandering the Folks at Ice Bear. I have personnaly worked with Harry, Wendy and Fernando for many years and have found them completely honest and forth comming. Everything I have needed has been supplied to me. Being in bussiness for as long as I have, I deal with many different suppliers and I am here to tell you, that Ice Bear has and is, the best Scooter distributor I have worked with.

I have had warranty claims and Ice Bear has stood behind everyone of them, gotten my parts to me in a very timely manner without question. I do not think that calling Shaunna a "parts idiot" is anyway to get a point across. I talk to Shaunna everyday and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I find her to be very knowledgable and professional. I have worked with many different parts people at Ice Bear over the years and find her to be the best that they have ever had. She has worked very hard to get me the parts I need to keep my customers on the road. Sure at times, they may be out of a part I need but she always backorders and special orders the  parts when they are out of stock.

 

To say that they have Zero parts is totally untrue. They have recently moved to a new warehouse to expand their inventory even more. I doubt that the Author of this report has any idea of what they have and what they do not have. or the vast of amount of parts in stock.

 

Now as far as his claim concerning the tires. First off he only shows one tire with an issue, not serveral. The only way that tire could be damage the way it is shown is by hitting a pot hole or something in the road breaking the belt in the tire. This is not a defect, but something that was done by the owner. In all the years I have been dealing in the scooter and tire world I have never seen a tire "JUST" do this. This is NOT a manufacturing defect. To me this compliant is baseless and I feel that the author is mad because he didn't get his way.
