Pacific Tele "management"  anti-customer service are frauds, liars, pirates, thieves, ladrones, robadores, robbers!  They are varmits and WILL rip you off!!   Do not use their "services"!!!   Watch for the "PTS" on the pay phone.  This warning is for all.  We do not know if the wireless towers, phone towers will go down.  Doubtless they all will someday.

In 2010, I made an international long distance call.  After about 20 few minutes, in which I added money twice, the line went dead.  I called customer "service" and demanded to be allowed to call again for no fee.  Customer "service" stated they could do nothing and would send me a coupon for an international call at no charge.  After waiting for 8 weeks, a coupon came in the mail for a no fee DOMESTIC call.  This is an abominable rip off!!   It has been nearly three years since PTS - pacific tele "management" anti-service has stolen from me. 

To date, PTS has not made any attemtpt at restitution.  Since it has been this long with no redress, I demand that PTS give me ten international calls at no cost to me to help ameliorate the fact that PTS stole from me;  knocked my international call down and have not apologized nor made any redress for STEALING from me and lying to me.   PTS anti-management conceives iniquity in their depraved minds.  They dig up ways to DEFRAUD, LIE TO and STEAL from customers.  PTS SHYSTERS LIE from the true standpoint that they promise that you may make an international phone with redress if one of any number of occurrences go amiss. 

THEY LIE, DECEIVE AND COMMIT CRIMES because they terminate your call, STEAL the money you put in the phone either via cash, credit card or debit card, DECEIVE, DEFRAUD, LIE in breaking their promise.  They STEAL in that they short change you.  Average up the minutes per call, take the difference in cost between an int'l call and a domestic call, multiply that by ten million, 15 million or even more, and one can see the enormous FRAUD and PIRACY that pacific no decent management anti-service is doing.  Typically, the ftc, as every alphabet fed agency,  does nothing.  pts has not been forced to liquidate all of their assets and reimburse their victims

SPREAD THE WORD!  DON'T YOU BE RIPPED OFF AND DO NOT LET ANY ONE ELSE BE RIPPED OFF!!
