Pacific Transfer Property Relief, Transfer America, Aston Marketing Group, David & Nicole MacMillan Scammed hard working honest individuals $2400 to NOT transfer deeds out of our names. Torrance California
Beware of any dealings with companies claiming to help you transfer your timeshare. In 2011 I was working with Nicole & David MacMillan (Transfer America) at that time but goes under many different alias, I paid $2400.00 to have timeshare transferred out of our names. To date 2014 this has not occurred. This company is a SCAM and has transferred deed to my property in Orlando, FL to several different names all being incorrect deeds not recognized in legal system. I have had a nightmare experience in talking with representatives and being placed on hold for up to an hour at a time. Nobody gives last names???? Nobody responds to any of my emails. If anyone knows of an ATTORNEY who knows these scams artist and willing to take on a new client please contact us.
