To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing you that Pacific Web Works aka, Google Home Business deprived me of $ 79.90 on 08/16/09 without my official contractual agreement,   and that I want to have the refund of the illegitimately charged money. I had stopped completing the application form in the middle, and had not clicked the final application submit box. I provided them my credit card information prior to finishing the application form, but I thought the entity could not charge me because I did not complete the application to the end.

After conversing with several representatives of the entity, on at around 11:00 A.M., August 26, 2009 on the phone when I disputed this illegitimate matter with a representative named Al (extension #106); he insisted that he could not refund me the illegitimate membership fee because I had signed the application.   I tried to convince him I had not completed the application and had not clicked the submit box.   He retorted me that because I had signed the application and submitted it, his entity charged me the membership fee.   When I requested he email me the proof of my completion of the application form, he promised to me that he would send it.   However, he has not emailed me the proof as of August 28, 2009. It is obvious that he could not retrieve the application because I had not finished and had not submitted the completed application form (unless someone forged it.). On August 29, 2009 on the phone I asked a representative to let me talk to Al (extension #106); however, the representative with his very think Indian accent (almost incomprehensible) tried to tell me that their regulations (?) would not allow me to talk to Al (extension #106).

Also I have made several phones to Pacific Web Works, but each time its representatives tried to tell me about their new elusive regulations, which I had been unaware of because I had not completed the application form to the end.

Additionally, I emailed them my letters of refund request many times, but each time they responded to me with the following automatically prepared message:
