* I have 2 Credit Card charges on my Bill this month from "PACIFIC WEBWORKS,INC".I have had my Credit Card Company look these charges up and they are in "DISPUTE" by me because PACIFIC WEBWORKS" has committed FRAUD by using my credit card without my permission or without me ever giving them my cc number.. the Credit Card rep told me that there are 100's of bad credit reports on PACIFIC WEBWORKS...

That Company could have only gotten my CC # from EBAY or PAYPAL..and I intend to find out how they got my CC# !!!

The booklet that I was scammed $49.90 for + $4.95...was described in the email as FREE and NO OBLIGATIONS..

I am 68 years old and live on a fixed income..NO WAY would I spend $49.90 for that GARBAGE...

Watch out folks the WATERS ARE FULL OF SHARKS, and we are being used as "SHARK BAIT" !!!

Please let me know if you have successfully had these charges removed..

Well Matt,I think your wrong. If its not a scam why did I get billed? I've never heard of this company,I don't purchase ANYTHING over the internet except purchases from EBAY sellers that sell only coins. (I'm a coin collector),and even after being billed,I still have no idea what it is that I've been billed for. I don't know what Pacific WebWorks sells/trades or lies about. I use my computer very little and know what days I'm on-line. I haven't been on-line this week at all until this morning when I checked some of my bills. One of those bills just happened to be from Pacific WebWorks who says I ordered something from them just yesterday. Now how could I have orders anything if I was NOT even on the computer for the past 4 days? This company IS A RIP_OFF company. I did not give them my credit card number,I did not order anything from this company,I do not buy things over the internet, and I DO NOT know who this company is other than THEIVES.

Scum bags are scumbags no matter how you dress them up They know exactly what there doing I looked over there site If I didn't know the things I know I would have believed I was paying only 4.95 If they were legit it would say try free for 14 days or keep it for only this much a month This is intentional to get unsuspecting people to anti up there credit card numbers Besides what could they possibly teach in there pamphlet that you cant find for free on the internet And this isn't the only types of complaints this company has recived Bad quality web sites over charging hidden fees hmm poor customer contact So before you jump to there defense know who it is you are defending did I forget to mention epenzio that's enough to kill any credibility they might have had. Quack quack it's a DUCK

You know whats funny is how you guys state this is a scam. I've actually been to 3 of their sites that have to deal with ebay and it states that when you fill out their form there would be some type of 14 day trial. For the Web Wizard and their TradeWorks Product Club. So how can you say it's a scam? Did you forget to read everything before you signed up? From your posts it sure sounds like it. Lol, let me guess...you didn't cancel your account like it states to do in their Terms before your 14 day trial ended. Looking at one of their sites as we speak when you fill out the form it states that you agree to the terms by submitting it. Here I'll even make it easy for those of you that are quite lazy and give you the website to look at for youself. (https://secure.visualwebtools.com/eAuction/eb_2_81406_1/) So yes it is a Buy Beware type of world out there, so guess what that means. That means you must READ before signing up for anything out there. Yes that sucks but hey it's the way the cookie crumbles. My opinion on this is that it's not a scam, their site clearly states what is going to happen and before ever clicking on submit make sure you read the terms on ANY site. Most legitimate sites will explain exactly what will happen in their first few sentences and be straight to the point. For you people that claim that their a scam, stop being lazy and read. Really...it's not that hard.
