I received this email about surveying online.. I sent off my money order for $32.95 and waited on an email to get started.. I never received the email.. On the registration form it stated that I must write clearly because if by any chance they cannot read my email I would not get my information. Well to make sure that it could be read accurately.. I pasted the form to MS Word and typed in my name and email.. It has been 7 weeks and I have emailed them several times stating that I have not received my information or member ID to get started, along with my information so they could track me... I have not received a response..

I would not normally do something like this.. but I checked with ripoff.com first and there was no complaints on this company.. and I needed something to do at home so I could stay home with my sick baby.. Unfortunately my money is gone and I still need to find something to do at home.. Be Aware!!!!

Do not pay to get paid

Please stay away from any work-at-home opportunities, that require upfront payment. Similar way stay away from any web offer, where the only contact info is an untraceable free e-mail address. (Hotmail, yahoo, etc.) You will get many offers in junk mails, e-mails. Unfortunately many newspapers accept advertisements from similar scammers too.

I checked my email today and received my information to start.. It didn't surprise me that it didn't work. Now you can't even access the site. The page is unavailable now. So I did a little researching and found that Shoppingjobshere.com and Workonline4pay.com are the same company.. Even on their "help" page that I used to get the email address for them is now having a different email address, same city and state.

Scam - Don't pay for information!

I've been doing 'paid' surveys for years online and I can tell you that website is a scam. I never went to any site to pay for the 'information' to participate in any of the surveys - the information and companies are widely available if you do the searcing. The amount of money they claim you will 'average' is false or very, very hard to acheive. On my best year, I may get $500 total out of paid online surveys for the whole year! Paid surveys are hard to find but typically, you will fill out a 'profile' and then particpate in various surveys throughout the year if you fit the demographic they need for the survey. Sometimes you get paid for each survey (normally under $5 dollars) and sometimes you get to be a part of a 'prize pool' and a few survey takers may win a bigger prize (like one $500 or 5 prizes of 100). If you are really lucky, you may be chosen for a focus group for a nice big sum (like $50 or $75). But that rarely happens in my experience (about 3 times out of 4 years of paid online surveys). I've been on doing surveys with a legit company for 2 years now and do receive about $5-$15 dollars a month for completing 1-3 surveys and a few unpaid 'household question' surveys. It has been a good experience and I do get to try out new products occasionally but I'm not pulling in $500 a week and this is far from a full-time/part-time job. If you want to do paid online surveys, expect about $200-600 a year and a few 'trial' products if you find legit companies.
