Phillip the recently new owner of Pak Mail, is not very considerate of his customers! On 2/13/19 I mailed a package to Pueblo, paid extra for next day delivery, he had the nerve to ask me to take it about a mile down to the post office since the USPS mailman had already been by his store!
I had to drive it to the post office to insure overnight delivery!! (strike 1&2) This Wednesday 3/13/19 I decided to give Phillip 1 more chance. I entered his store, only to be coolly greeted, and then wait 2 minutes for him to send a text! Strike 3!!!
won't waste my time and $ doing business there ever again! The post office appreciates my business, and never makes me wait while they send texts!!!
