Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We all have to do something to get this place shut down. How they are able to continue doing business is unbelievable. The owners of this place, particularly Debrah Noonan, are  worthless humans who lie, cheat, and scam, anyone who is unfortunate enough to walk into their establishment. I wish I would have listened to my instincts when I looked around the sorry excuse for a mechanic shop which doesn't even have a mechanic shop lift, and viewed the junky rusted cars and parts laying around.

I came in there to fix a wobbling on my vehicle which ended up being a rusted strut mount that need replacement. I was 19, on my own and ignorant to a point when it came to cars. Deborah was as amiable as could be and understanding when I explained some of the hardships I was facing at the time. She gave me a quick estimate which I thought was reasonable and told me I could pick it up tomorrow morning. Morning goes by, still not ready, afternoon, still not ready. At about 5pm I show up and the stupid woman gave me an all around break job, rotor, calipers, pads, oh and DID NOT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM I CAME IN FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE! And needless to say the price had doubled. I could not even fathom what the hell she was doing. How could someone get away with this. She then began to lie right to my face about what we had agreed upon. She refused to release my care stating that it was not driveable and dangerous.  She would be held responsible if something were to happen. She tells me to leave that she is closing I would have to call a tow truck tomorrow. The next day I tow my car to another mechanic who tells me its the strut mount that's the problem and fixes it. Then as I'm driving away I hear a squeaking. I go right back to the mechanic to see whats wrong. The break job they gave me was absolute crap the mechanic tells me. Paladin used the shoddiest parts they could find and they were not installed properly. So not only did they charge me for work I did not ask for, nor fix the obvious problem, make me have my car towed, they also couldn't even do the  brake job I DID NOT ASK FOR right. I spoke to the police about it who of course couldn't do anything. They actually know her by name and have had several people complain already. He even agreed that they were scum and told me how she even scammed her way into obtaining that property. What a disgusting excuse for a human being.
