I called my diet several times over the last week after finding their phone number on my bank statement next to the charge. Everytime I called it would put me on hold for 5 minutes and 39 seconds then it would send it to a voicemail that all representatives are busy and to leave a message.
I left messages on two different occassions and never had a return phone call. I tried calling once again and same story on hold then sent to voicemail.
I decided to call my bank and put a stop payment on the company. If they charge me again next month I will cancel my card and order a new one.
