Palisades is a completely fraudlent collection agency that is trying to rip off consumers by posting phony AT&T charges to credit reports. I applied for a credit card and it was rejected because of a supposed $268 AT&T charge. I haven't had an AT&T account in almost 10 years!
Do not give them any money! I am in the process of correcting the situation.
