Palisades Collections - Mann Bracken Palisades Loses in Court TWICE!! I beat these scumbags out of 2 judgments Brookfield Wisconsin
Palisades circumvented the collections laws and violated the FDCPA by coming after me for a debt that was NOT mine. They had a relative's debt that used my SSN and then rammed a judgment through the Courts in Columbia County Georgia. I hired an excellent attorney who challenged the judgment had it over turned and then on appeal we beat them in Superior Court. These cretins tried to get me for 8500.00 for a debt that they said was mine but had no validation. They knew they couldn't bring this to court as the law afforded me because they could never win. I hope they spent about 5 grand traveling and appearing and then paying for the appeal process. Don't let these creeps get you with judgments by subterfuge. They come at you with 3 or 4 different collection agencies and then when you let your guard down and don't answer the summons correctly they jam a judgment down your throat.
I hope they learned their lesson in Columbia County GA; stay away lowlifes, especially that Mann Bracken scumbag firm in Atlanta, I beat them 4 times already and ready to go a few more rounds with SCAM-Bracken....They could have settled with me for 20cents on the dollar after I tried to get rid of this judgment a year earlier but they said WE HAVE A JUDGMENT we'll get our money from you sucker. Guess what they have now? Bring it on SCAM-Bracken.
