PALM BEACH COUNTY COURT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE TAPED COURTROOM PROCEEDINGS OF PUBLIC RECORD WHEN REQUESTED NAD HAVE RECENTLY VIA ADMINISTATION ORDER REFUSED TO TAPE FURTHER COURT PROCEEDING RESULTING IN AN UNACCEPTABLE AND ILLEGAL LACK OF RECORD FOR TRANSCRIPTS OR APPEAL. DOUBLE DENIABILITY COMES WITH THE FACT THIS OFFICE IS NOT SPECIFICALLY UNDER EITHER THE JUDICIAL BRANCH NOR THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK- BUT CHEIF JUDGE DOES HAVE OVERSIGHT OVER THIS DEPARTMENT.
