LET ME START OUT BY SAYING THEY USED TO OFFER BUY THIS MANY TAN DOLLARS GET SO MANY FREE. WHEN THEY MERGED COMPANIES THEY DIDN'T OFFER THAT ANYMORE AND MADE ME UPGRADE TO THE DIAMOND/PLATINUM ACCOUNT. WITHOUT EVER BEING TOLD THE JUST TOOK MY $200+ CREDIT THAT WAS ON MY ACCOUNT OFF. WHEN I WENT YESTERDAY TO UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT THEY SAID OK YOU HAVE $55 BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. I THEN ASKED WHERE WAS MY $218 THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY. SHE THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THEY DON'T OFFER THAT ANYMORE AND THEY EXPIRED. BUT SHE WILL ASK THE MANAGER IF SHE CAN PUT THEM BACK ON SINCE IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR HER TO DO IT BY HERSELF BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ASST. MANAGER. I WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER KRYSTAL AND SHE PRETTY MUCH CALLED ME A LIAR BY SAYING THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD OF TOLD ME SO I COULD USE THEM TO BUY THEIR LOTION. BY THE WAY I FROZE MY ACCOUNT WHILE I WAS AWAY IN FLORIDA WHICH IS WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY "TOLD" ME. KRYSTAL WAS VERY RUDE AND KEPT RUSHING ME WHEN I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE SAID "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I HAVE OTHER STUFF TO DO." SHE THEN KEPT SAYING IT WASN'T MY MONEY IT WAS FREE MONEY THAT THEY TOOK. AND HOW DO I EXPECT THEM TO PUT FREE MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT. MIND YOU IT WAS THEIR PROMOTIONS THEY HAD!! I WILL BE CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE TOMORROW.
