When I moved into an apartment in north Phoenix, I was thrilled that I would be paying a very low rent. I come to find out that low rent is the only good thing about this place.
They had roaches everywhere, they tried to have my truck towed since it seemed as though it had not been moved from its parking space since earlier in the morning.
I finally moved out and was again surprised as the manager had with held my deposits to (as she put it) paint, clean, and shampoo the place. However I did not find out why she held it until a month later which doubles the time allowed by law.
I also found out they were charging me rent that was unpaid. But they failed to realize the unpaid part was because I moved in halfway into the month and they only charged me a pro-rated surcharge. Im currently in a court battle with them now.
