Palm NRG Sold by Body Help 865 394 0662 They offer a lifetime warranty, but the item failed in the first couple of weeks and they want a third of the cost to replace it plus I have to pay to ship it back Dania, Florida
I purchased a "repeat the heat" pack from a company called Body Help at a flea market in Kodak TN. The product is distributed by Palm NRG in Dania Florida. I paid $32.50 +tax. It came with a lifetime warranty. The product failed in a short time so we called Palm NRG to get a replacement. They want $9.95 + they want me to ship them the defective product. It will cost me half as much as I paid for the item to get a replacement. It's a scam.
