FRAUD ALERT!  DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Dishonest Volkswagen Dealership ( Palmetto57 | JM&A Group | Volkswagen Group of America ).  Do not trust in Palmetto57 as your Volkswagen dealership!  If you are buying a new car, check very very well; this people will ripped you off.

They added without my concern a few services from JM&A Group (car maintenance and protection services for a value more or less of $3,500). The funny part is that when I took my car for the first 10,000 miles maintenance that is included in the car warranty .... guess what?.... 30 minutes after picking up the car and leaving the dealership location the warning light of the tires pressure lighted up in the car dashboard.... a month after a new warning light lighted up... the warning light was for the oil pressure of the car.  I purchase my new VW Jetta 2015 at the end of August 2015, the first 10,000 miles appointment was around the middle of December 2015.  I was so concern about my new car been jeopardize by the dishonest behavior of this dealership; that after this incident I did not returned again for any maintenance, I pay out of my pocket the maintenance of my car every 5,000 miles in another service brand shop in order to have my own peace of mind.

I have been in contact with VW Group of America  many many times, I request them that I want all does maintenance and services charges from JM&A Group to be completely removed from my purchase contract.  Why I have to pay for something that I did not approved at first and will never receive in my life in services.  At the end Palmetto57 only wants to refund back around $917, I completely disapprove, they have to refund back in full my money.

VW Group of America, are as dishonest and careless as Palmetto57.  I can keep going with many other bad experiences that I have with this people previously to this last one (all my experiences have been related from lack of ethics, dishonesty and simply fraud).

BE VERY AWARE DO NOT ENGAGED in a draining nightmare with this group of people.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME believing in Volkswagen Group of America as your Customer Service Advocators.   BELIEVE ME! THEY DO NOT HAVE CORE VALUES, OR ANY TYPE OF EMPATHY FOR HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN CASES SO SENSITIVE INVOLVING LACK OF ETHICS AND DISHONESTY FROM ONE OF THEIR VW DEALERSHIP.

I will not buy again a VW Car or any other band involving these three companies.

Take them to small claims court

Buying maintenance service packages from any auto dealership is a racket. Good thing you discovered early in the process that the $3500 is a bogus add-on charge meant to increase dealer profits and to also increase the commission of the finance person.  The best thing to do in this circumstance is to take them to small claims court to get a refund of the maintenance package you can't/won't use. They may have to pro-rate it for the first service, but at least you will be able to get the rest back if you can show the documents with the full charge (the contract) and that you canceled the service after an unsatisfactory service visit at 10,000 miles. Good luck. Do it right away. Don't buy any extra's in the finance office - none of those extras are for your benefit, they are only there to add to the dealers profit.
