Collections actions were started years after account with their client (Horizon Learning) was terminated and settled. Amount owed keeps growing and negatively impacting my credit score as this item appears as an open collections case. There has never been any contact from Horizon after account was terminated, only this collection activity appearing on my credit report. Went through a personal bankruptcy a few years back and did not include this item because I thought the account was closed.

File a complaint with the CFPB... they will take action against this company
