Pam Johnston Apartments PJ Apartments poor service, dirty, worn down, unsanitary, noisy apartments, Internet
The owners of Pam Johnston Apartments need to be stopped. They are monopolizing the Cornell University student living area and have the cocky attitude, "If you don't like the dirty conditions, someone else will rent it from us." I cannot believe a college of such high academic standards allows their students to be taken advantage of by a company that offers poor living conditions, do not even spend 5 minutes cleaning an apartment when someone moves out and rents them full of cob webs animal feces, dust.
Please demand more for your money and not allow yourselves to continually be ripped off and abused by this company. Their response is always, we have bigger issues to concern ourselves with, yet when the apartments are not rented in the summer months which would be an ideal time to review the apartments, they spend their summers relaxing and wait until students come back to campus before they decide to do anything yet they are collecting rent from someone for the entire summer month.
If this is what Cornell students allow the business world to do to them, I have a bucket with a hole in it to sell them for $1000! Get a clue! Inform the school about this renter. The gravy train does not need to stop, but they have to do the bear minimum with regard to service, which they are not even doing that! Demand and Expect more! You deserve it!
