Complaint Review: Panda Equipment - Las Vegas Nevada

Patricia Arauz Corrow was supposed to purchase the assets of Pacific Tool but pulled a premeditated scam to steal the assets and then form a cloned successor company called Quest Power International without paying for the assets (of Pacific Tool that she uses until this day) as agreed. The loss of this planned income by the seller had obvious effects on the former owner of pacific tool.

of course when you are expecting $116,000 that does not come there are obvious effects.It's not hard to understand, and not complex in nature. The sad part is this theft by Patricia Arauz Corrow was enabled by Florida Courts, if you look at Quest Power you will see that even the website content is the same, and was copied word for word from Pacific Tool. The photos are the same.

The vendors are the same. Quest Power is a total clone of Pacific Tool. Very sad and unjust story. The former owner of Pacific Tool had his entire life stolen by Patricia Arauz Corrow and Stepen Corrow of Orlando Florida.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Patricia Arauz Corrow and Stepen Corrow of Orlando Florida.  and NEVER FORGET A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT IS A COWARDS JUDGEMENT THAT WAS OBTAINED WITH SNEAKY TACTICS, WITHOUT ONE PARTY BEING PRESENT.

Overpaid Lawyers could not fight the case on Merit and had to pull sneaky tricks to give Arauz Corrow something for her $100k in legal fees

A) Las Vegas Small Claim Court 18A000190 Clark County was originally dismissed, removing any personal name/personal party on 3/21/2018 by Judge Patrick Chapin. This court order is easily searchable in the Court Dockett evens for Case 18A000190. Chee Mun Leong is guilty of Breach of Contract and now Defamation by Libel, and he continues to wrongfully comingle a wrongfully named third party against this court order made on 3/21/2018

B) Chee Mun Leong received substantial partial delivery of (24) solar panels were shipped as agreed via XPO Logistics TRACKING 493433393 and has an open unpaid balance of $6699 with Port Peddler LLC dba Panda Equipment (not any person or third party). These uncollected funds were needed by the company, and never received. Regardless, this is not a personal matter yet Chee Mun Leong continues to libelously comingle a wrongfully named third party against the 3/21/18 Court Order that removed the personal party from the civil matter. 

C)  On 7/14/2018 Chee Min Leong's Libelous rant on Ripoff Report includes yet-another unrelated third party named "Pacific Tool" in which Chee Min Leong never did business with Pacific Tool, nor communicated with Pacific Tool in Any way. Nobody ever represented Pacific Tool to Chee Mun Leong in any way, and the information listed in CM Leong's libelous article from 7/14/18 is completely false. CM Leong illegally comingles Pacific Tool with the intent to cause damage to this unrelated third party. CM Leong inaccurately, yet purposely defames and interferes when he lists (4) civil matters from a business (Pacific Tool). 

1. Solaris Technologies Inc, Pacific Tool Company LLC, (UNDER BILL OF REVIEW, WILL BE VACATED) was last under bill of Review, Leong is negligent in omitting this fact. Again, if you found the docket history for this case, there is no way to not find the Bill of Review application. This is negligent and purposely omits facts to shape a false narrative or depict a negative light to defame, harass and annoy an unrelated third party.
2. The Sabinal Group, LLC vs Pacific Tool & Machinery (DISMISSED 03/27/2017, NO JUDGEMENT ENTERED) Case 2015CIO9755 was dismissed on March 21,2017 and there no judgement entered. This statement made by Leong is 100% false and is Libelous. There is no way to have mistaken this statement as true on July 14, 2018. If you found the factual docket history for this case in July 2018 there is no way to not find it was dismissed in March 2017. (its impossible and purposely done) This is negligent and purposely omits facts with the intent to shape a false narrative or depict a negative light to defame, harass and annoy an unrelated 3rd party.
3. Attorney General of Kansas, vs Pacific Tool Company, Pacific Tool & Machinery , (JUDGEMENT VACATED 08/16/2018, CURRENTLY ONGOING) the original default judgement was vacated on 08/16/2018. This statement made by Leong is 100% false and is Libelous. There is no way to have mistaken this statement as true. If you found the factual docket history for this case, there is no way to not find that the default judgement dismissed. 4. Busses International, claim against Pacific Tool Company.  This $7100 matter was unable to be paid due to theft loss that Pacific Tool was the victim of.

D) Lastly yet most importantly, Pacific Tool was the victim of a six-figure theft loss that was reported to several law enforcement agencies, such as but not limited to the Attorney General. The original complaint of this loss is reported and filed under DocuSign Envelope ID: 8BED5BB5-F575-4A23-92CE-6E4354450C54.  As a victim of a well documented and properly reported theft loss, the company and operator is protected by doctrine of of Impossibility, Impracticability, and Frustration. This company and it's owners were adversely affected by the occurrence of an unexpected circumstance (theft loss) and because of that occurrence, performance was literally made impossible. In contrast, the term frustration will be used primarily to refer to cases in which a buyer is adversely affected by the occurrence of an unexpected circumstance because the occurrence significantly diminishes the value of the seller's performance to the buyer." While the company, it's former owners and staff all empathize greatly for any "frustrated" parties (with much smaller complaints), It is very hurtful to relive the timeline of this tragic loss mentioned in letter D. This loss effected three separate persons, for a total sum of over $160,000, yet the this company continues to be attacked by legal professionals who are seemingly unaware of the theft loss,  There has been absolutely zero recourse on the matter offered to the victim company. 

I kindly ask all parties to STOP the libelous false statements, lies and continued framing of a false narrative, please research facts - before meandering-off on some falsely shaped rant or allegation. It's ok to not be aware of past facts of any given matter, but you shall be responsible for correcting any false information or false light that you wrongfully shed on good people! Stop pressing a broken false narrative! Stop the false frame job for petty things, and ask the owners/victims for facts before slandering and defaming an innocent party. Think about the major loss suffered by the victims ($165,000 theft loss) in a far superseding matter. 

Las Vegas Small Claim Court 18A000190 Clark County has been adjudicated on 2018 07 11 by Judge Randall Tindale for a default judgement to Port Peddler LLC dba Panda Equipment owing Sunlight Energy Systems Inc the amount of $6645.69+court cost of $146.00.

1. Solaris Technologies Inc, Pacific Tool Company LLC, Owner: Zachary Lippa District Court for Dallas Count, Texas, 192nd Judicial District Case Number DC-14-07929 Final Judgement against Pacific Tool Company was on August 4, 2015 Lippa received a large deposit from Solaris for the delivery of generators and were not delivered. Court ordered Lippa to pay Solaris $18,732.06

Lippa closed Pacific Tool Company LLC on April 2014, and started operating as Sole Proprietor, dba Pacific Tool and Machinery which he later sold on August 2016

2. The Sabinal Group, LLC, filed a law suit against Pacific Tool & Machinery and against Zachary Lippa as individual. Mr Lippa received up front payment for generators that were not delivered. District Court for Bexar County, Texas, 150th Judicial District The suit included claims for breach of contract, fraud, fraud in the inducement, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (the “DTPA”) and theft of funds. Case Number 2015-CI-09755 On December 4, 2015, The Court demanded Lippa to pay Sabinal $5,500 in attorney fees and $30,000 to Sabinal

3. Attorney General of Kansas, vs Pacific Tool Company, Pacific Tool & Machinery and Zachary Lippa. Case Number CP-15-003536 On or before December 15, 2015, and Investigation against Lippa and Pacific Tool. Lippa received upfront payments from a customer named Tami Rudd, on 2015, for products that were never delivered. Loss amount $19,425. On January 2018, The State Attorney Office in Kansas, Shawnee County District Count, Kansas, a legal case was filed against Zachary Lippa, the case number is 2018-CV-000041

4. Non-for Profit, Busses International, claim against Pacific Tool Company and Zachary Lippa Investigation supported by the Ohio State Attorney General, Consumer Protection, Claim number 855754, for a settled amount of $7,100 for equipment that was paid for, and never delivered. The State Attorney General’s office corresponded with Lippa on February 17, 2016, and Lippa agreed to repay the customer. On September 2016, he asked for a payment plan, and never responded back to the customer nor paid his debt

According to XPO tracking and delivery record there is only one pallet delivered to my customer "1 Pc/s weighing 1220 Lbs.".

Each Hyundai Solar Module weighs 22.9kg or 50.5 lbs each. So with 24 pieces on a pallet it would total to 1212 lbs. Compare this total weight with the weight of the one pallet delivered to Jenny Prado and you will see a match to XPO logistic record.

Note that if 52 pieces of the Hyundai 350 Watts panels were delivered as implied by "an employee of the XPO logistics" then the shipper would have delivered TWO pallets weighing a total of 2626 lbs plus weight of the two pallets used too. This is not the case clearly!

The balance of 28 pieces of Hyundai 350 Watts were not delivered to my customer Jenny Prado in any subsequent shipments as implied by the rebutal to my earlier report. See the affidavit signed by my customer enclosed about the lie perpetrated by Zachary Lippa.

My customer at Anthem received only 24 of the 52 solar panels and Panda equipment has NOT delivered the balance of panels. Have been trying to reach Zachary Lippa about this about the payment for the undelivered panels  and good to see this report indicating he s still around. I have filed with the FBI internet crime divisioin and will follow up with compaints to Post Office General and also the Attorney General of Nevada too.

Not surprised to see this scammer Zachary Lippa responding through another email account. Have being trying to reach him to recover my balance of payment made to him for undelivered panels to my project site. I have filed a report with the FBI internet crime division and will be following suite with a report to the Post Office General and also the Nevada Attorney general too if he does not reimburse for the balance of payment.

I know so many scammers who deliver partially -  Said No One Ever.  Fuc*ing Haters are too much lol  get a real job your slander, libel and envy have no place in the open and free market.  Check that tracker, looks delivered to me.  Furthermore these (((REDACTED – VIOLATON IN TERMS OF SERVICE)))  immigrants come to the USA with fresh profiles, fresh SSN, new fake name, and destroy the goodwill and reputation of people using their govt name since birth.  Use your real name "CM".
