I have read the many comments in regard to this company and what the computer's initial symptoms are. Mine are all the same. Not being computer savvy, I had to hire a professional computer technical (at the cost of $180.) to completely clean my HD. As he stated to me "You just paid 49.95 to have Antivirus 2009 to infect your computer"!

He suggested I notify my bank card company and file a dispute;which I did. The bank immediately canceled the card. When I e-mailed [email protected] and informed them that I was turning them in, they e-mailed back and said the problem with my computer was "rare" and wanted me again to remove my firewall and go to my Mail box this e-mail NOT SPAM and Aoolow sender. At that time, I knew I was doomed. In addition, since contacting them, my new virus software has alerted me that they are trying to get back in.

This company needs to be caught. Shame on them!! So, I empathize with anyone tthat gets tangled up in the mess that Antivirus 2009 causes you; both monetarily and frustration.

"Just say No" to Antivirus 2009!
