I came about this corporation by a help group which stated your findings and leasing must be in the gray area's as I signed the leasing papers agents where speaking illy about another woman agent which I told the five males agents that was unprofessional and for that I was targetted by a Chris at that time as well as a Warren Warsahm, a D, as well as a latino brother in which were of latin decent all but 4 which was used more to make my stay at the complex not a good one and
the" Negro's first there was a lisennning device left in my unit for 2 days when I first moved also the Furnace; I suspect was tampered with which this happened on 3 occasions. I called mangement to fix the furnace unitl this day" Pangea hasn't fixed the furnace professional today it was red tagged again the Latino aAlisia's who attempted to correct the problem failed 3 time in Dec 2014 and in dec 2015 also 2016 and of course today it was first red tagged by people gas and today also June 3 17, which is the 3rd of June it was red tagged again the latin crew at one time used my unit before I least it"
I suspect they wanted it back because other than that this unit's was not insulated but well decorated no mice, unlike in the rest of the units of Pangea also" Pangea used tenants who are know gang members to try and threaten me. I went to the leasing office pay my rent I would hear sad stories one in which a sngle woman pistol was taken from her unit the only means of protection for her in the gray area's" The managers would come into my unit when I am away in the winter months and place space heaters to make my monthly gas bills go up and electric, dead mice thrown in the back of my back door so I would see them leaving to empty the trash; Snow pilled up 2 days in the heavy winter months for the 2 years.
I have been there, and I am still there I have tried to receive help from the "Human commision of relations" but they a" Albert Robinson and his over seer's bury my complaints as well the agents from "Pangea" most are bought and paid for to bury my complaints, in which I am still in the same unit my bills are paid on time since I been leasing from the "Pangea" properties. Pangea has people, some used as tenants to help them in many cause's of wrong doings who receive specail priviliges, I was promise a washer but as I stated that's for the privelges tenants not for people like myself these agents I suspect have been told to do what they have done but by who an higher person in charge one of the latino's name Alisia's purposely would go out of his way to make my stay uncmforatilble a so did one of the Negros named Lloyd and others
also another unit above me when water from their washing machine filled my kitchen light full of water as well as the floor and as I write to you right now a huge gas and meter room that leads into the alley both doors have been purposly left open which leads to my back door they have been many shootings in the this grey area right in front of my front window killings on each side, north and south of this complex the city light on the corner is out if I did n know any better I would think that they are trying to place me in arms way of and intence havac. I suspect some of the people who are in the other properties as they have before been used. Dead mice smells coming from the gas and meter room right now into my unit I called it in
At 3:00 pm to a woman agent who says that she would get right on it I am 65 years of age and these managers I met I even suspect have made possible my name to appear on bills of that of a Santan energy bill as well as a Starion energy the women agent a Victoris in which they were speaking very low of also they would place eviction notices on door so everyone could see but all my bills paid on time my # 773 991 4034..

Yesterday 12/2/2017' I was in the offices of" Pangea 4901 S Drexel Chi-town 2 property mangers there one was a Evelyn property manager number 2 a D last unknown and a tenant that had complained about her bills and" People Gas overbilling her the same thing, that happened to me when I filed a complaint on" Pangea in the first original" Gas leak by Pangea Properties there was a Cheryl Fox CHA inspector who came out in the first gas leak and guest what CHA
Inspector passed the "Gas Leak" mind you that there was another gas leak to follow in the next year 2017 same furnace another gas leak! The tenant some how a agent of Pangea placed a payment on this tenants bill as paid which of course was the" Pangea agent fault" But Pangea agents did n see it that way months ago there was a" Pangea employee that was lock up! She had just been released from Jail" Now since CHA passed the" Leak Gas twice once in 2016
And another time in 2017 of June when I complained to "The city of Chicago 311" Pangea didn't like that, so they retaliated against me scheduling a appointment of inspections but when D came last Name unknown D came, instead of the inspection team that was to come he gave me a determination letter stating that Pangea would not least to me this year none of the my complaints were answered and fixed properly also somehow knew about my account and

Many of the latino's have been choosen to take the matinee's jobs as I stated earleir" Pangea is one of the most corrupt management I have witness" the office on 49th and Dreaxall Chicago Southside is where I was told by some of the staff of CHA workers not to go! But the contractor a Ms. Beaky Gilgo of CHA mentioned that I had to go to a "Grey Area"
Which at the time I need a place being on the streets for years' of "Winter Months" it was not easy and the people in charge know this anyway "Grey Area's" are area's of rape, killings, shooting, where some of the people who are doing this are connected to some the programs linked to the places that I have mentioned above the matinees men illegally enter

The unit that I least as you know I have been having many problem with also I told you that I got this through a corporation which stated that you have to rent in the gray area's well grey area's means havac which menan dangerious area's" Pangea Reality was one of the ones that I chose in the beginnig the unit was cool although the latino's brothers were the matiness care takers of this unit that I am in but the people that have control have made sure that they give
Me a hard time also as you know the practice of the Willie "Lychn Saga" which one of the people that have control of the people mentioned happen's not to be of the" Latino race he is of the" Anglo Saxon's race the unit that I have as; I have explained in my post has had many complaints also on the "Pangea Staff" I have pointed out some of the horror stories
