I used to work for Papa Ginos as a manager. It was bad. I loved my job and working with the guests (customers) but the staff were complete losers and jerks. The good employees always got scared away and they gladly kept the bad employees who did not give a thought towards quality of food or service.
Papa Ginos corportate might tell employees they care, but in the end, it is the good employee's word against a crappy general manager who steals money.
