I too have been scammed by ParValu Golf or ParValu, Inc. After 6 months of calling the company, they finally gave my husband a return code. That was May 2000. They now have the clubs and my money and the phone numbers have been disconnected. Because I am gettin nowhere with this company and I am still waiting on that "promised" refund, I am taking a different route. First I have e-mailed Debbie Brandt at
[email protected], to try to join forces with her and next I am having my bank write a letter to the bank that processed my charge card along with my statement of the facts. If you have been scammed by ParValu, keep pursuing this company until you have won. Don't give up!
