Paradise Falls ripoff, bad business, Safety issue Phoenix Arizona
Started renting from this Apartment complex and was told they offer 24hr security and a gated community. Ever since January The security gate is broken wide open and the security guard has vanished. Also my entrence way floods every night from a water leak and I have to walk through 3 inches of water to get in my home.
The mesquetios have gotten horrible and I am bitten daily leaving my home for work. I have brought this to the apartments attention several times and all I get is that it's not their responsability. Aslo they say that they don't advertise a gate even though it is clearly in every picture and in their brochure and even on their website.
The worst part of this is that I went to turn in a notice that they were in violation of The AZ Landlord Tenant Act and that if not fixed in a timely manner that I would have to vacate and didn't want to. The little 19 yr old "manager" who is only the assistant manager, the real one hides and will not speak to anyone, did not want to help instead told me to move out.
When she found out that I was still under contract she threatened to sue me if I moved out. There have been five people that I know of that have moved out recently breaking their contracts for reasons like mine and others that want to move out but in fear of being sued for they were told the same as me.
I am still moveing out b/c nothing has still been fixed.
