Paradise Landscape Landscape Contractor Violates Contract St. george, Utah
Contractor (Paradise Landscape) signed agreement to complete landscape in 5 weeks BUT was not completed for 5 months!
Contractor's crew damaged sewer line and would not pay plumber to fix.

Tad Woods rebuttal is untrue, judge did not "side with Paradise Landscape". In fact, Tad Woods countersued for defamation, but judge dismissed both suits.
Facts remain: Tad signed to finish landscape in 5 weeks but took 5 months to complete; Tad's crew damaged sewer line but refused to pay plumber to repair; and Tad did not replace dead plants under written warranty.
Recommend extreme caution when dealing with Tad Woods dba Paradise Landscape.

This has been to court and the judge sided with Paradise Landscape. Lamont Royer could not prove any of his acusations. There were mulitple emails and pictures to prove him wrong. Mr. Royer had mulitple complaints from the contractors on his home while it was being built. He was asked to take this off from the judge but still has not responded to his request.
