Paragon Mechanical The Other Posts Are Correct - Ripoff! Arlington Heights , Illinois
The prior posts should have been my clue, but I only found RipoffReport.com after being scammed by this company. The owner, Kevin, will try to scam you into buying a bigger, more expensive furnace than you need. He will try to get you into his new showroom to upsell you on equipment you don't need. I only know this after listening to his line of BS then going to another company to validate his claims. The other company told me I didn't need a larger furnace, it would only drive my gas costs higher and he was probably getting a bigger kick-back from the manufacturer for the more expensive units.
