Paragon Real Estate Group Paragon Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals, Carmen Dresslar Don't work with Paragon or Carmen Dresslar. She is unprofessional and misrepresents herself and her abilities Tahoe City, California
We hired Carmen Dresslar of Paragon Real Estate Group to rent our property in Lake Tahoe. She and her husband, Mark Dresslar, convinced us to leave our previous rental agent with promises of higher rental incomes and higher quality renters. After 7 months, she'd only rented the place for a fraction of the nights that we'd been able to rent it for previously, and for lower prices! Every time we inquired for an update about the property, she came up with a myriad of excuses as to why it wasn't rented (also, we could not find the property listed anywhere on line, even on her own website).
When we informed Carmen Dresslar we'd be switching back to our original rental agency, she became irate, rude, and unprofessional (even though we still had one rental booking that hadn't occurred yet where we'd be working together). She screened our calls or hung up on me, sent emails accusing us of things that never happened, and finally told us that she would not be having the house cleaned before or after this renter. Cleaning the property is her responsibility under our contract and it is also a service the renter pays the Agent for. Don't work with Paragon or Carmen Dresslar. She is unprofessional and misrepresents herself and her abilities. You will have a much better vacation rental experience using someone else.
