Paramount Improvements Lifetime Guarantee my A** Flint, Michigan
I bought windows for my home from Paramount Improvements because they offered a Lifetime Warranty. I called them to fix a window 5 years ago & they still havent showed up! They also wanted $80.00 to come to my home to fix it. Needless to say my window is still broken & is now bowed so cold air comes in through the crack. I also have another window that you cant see out of because its filled with mold. I have tried over the years to contact them but they will never return my calls. I honestly dont know how they stay in business, their customer service is non existant to say the least.
