Paranormal Romance Guild Cut author services that had been paid for, without notification Internet
The Paranormal Romance Guild sells memberships to authors. Authors buy those memberships specifically to support reviews of their own books.
Without notifying member authors, the Paranormal Romance Guild cut those services when they transitioned to a new website. Paying authors who asked why their reviews were no longer live were told that this was a decision by the PRG. There was no attempt to rectify the situation and it was a bait and switch strategem perpetrated against authors who had paid money to be members.
Moreover, the Paranormal Romance Guild makes a big fuss about being a volunteer organization. However, they are paying their Vice President $400 per month. Did the Paranormal Romance Guild cut long-standing author services in order to pay their board member? Is the Paranormal Romance Guild using membership fees as their own private slush fund?
