Ordered $174 worth of wholesale merchandise (necklaces) for my store back in November 2008. Corresponded with Vanda via e-mail, explained that I was re-ordering for the holiday season. Never received anything through-out November/Decemeber. Wrote several e-mails over this period, without getting a response. Finally got a response from Vanda in early January. She explained that many of her orders were "lost in the mail," that she hated the UK post, would be moving soon ,and would fill my order again and re-ship ASAP. Never heard from her again. EVER. Have sent several more e-mails. NOTHING. By this point it was too late to file a PayPal dispute, so I am out $174. LAME. Her website is still up, but her Etsy site seems to be gone? Such a bummer; my customers loved this line! :(

Any questions about ordering and delays should be directed to [email protected]. Same about asking for refunds or resending of your orders. . Paraphernalia has been going through a difficult phase with a change of country and house as well as some personal problems thrown into the mix. Vanda, the busy hands behind Paraphernalia, is desperately trying to catch up to orders and as such there have been some delays in delivery. However all is coming back to normal, and as such your necklace, if it hasn't arrived yet, should be with you shortly! 

At the moment we have no delayed orders, all new orders are being dispatched the same week. We are now offering shipping with tracking for any part of the world for only $2 extra, so you can be sure of when your package was sent and where it is.

If you e-mail us we will now reply same day and you will not be lacking for communication with us. I hope that you can understand the conditions under which the business was being run, and also realise that with such a big turnover a small number of orders is always bound to slip through the cracks of the post-system or of the whole kerfuffle of moving house and country. 

I apologise again for all the problems with orders that some people have had. However I am here now, and ready to reply, refund and re-send. Thank you all for your patience.
