Pardo Electronic Cigarettes ordered free trial ,charged $9.95 immediately, sent it back ,charged $149.90, 3 days later charged $149.90 again tempe Arizona
i ordered the free trial for pardo electronic cigarettes and i was charged $9.95 immediately. i sent it back with in the allotted time period in order to get a refund and was told i would get back all but a 30% restocking fee, in other words i would get back $104.93, in stead 3 days later i am being charged yet another $149.90. i am unable to get anyone to answer the phone and they show no email address on their web site.
