He lies, lies, lies about payments due then turns you over to Morey Doyle of One80 Solutions to promise payment and then he lies, lies, lies. These lying cruds make it very hard to collect your money. They are dishonest {stay away from them} orange city Florida
Park Ave Custom Design is a front for property renovation improvements contracted by Bradley Schleper. He has no license but instead contracts licensed sub-contractors to pretty up hazard property owned by Hogar Community Investments,DC for Morey Doyle of One 80 Solutions then nobody pays the sub-contractors. This is a rip off of honest, licensed, Florida Contractors that needs to stop.

On October 2, Morey Doyle went to great lengths to correct and accept responsibility for a misunderstanding between One 80 Solutions, LLc and a sub-contractor by paying the sub-contractor in full with his personal funds. Morey Doyle bi-passed the pay when paid policy of One 80 Solutions and personally delivered the owed monies to the sub-contractor.
When Morey Doyle became aware of the misunderstanding of payment policy, he resolved the matter by promptly paying before he receives payment. This sub-contractor appreciates the courteous actions of Morey Doyle.
