Park Place Lexus stole my superbowl ring out of the trunk of my car when it was in for service. 
I had a high pitched squeal in the motor of the car, therefore, did not think about removing my bags from the trunk while the car was in the shop for a couple of hours. I was bringing the ring to get the fascia fixed because it was
loose. It was definitely in the trunk because I had just placed it there contained in a white box before I left home.  When Lexus mechanics stole the ring, they left the box and took the ring!

When I first called the service manager and explained, I received no call back.  I called again.  No call.  Finally on my 3rd call he hesitantly took my complaint but when I told him my story, he was greatly offended and said that none of his guys would ever do anything like that. He did NOT want to ask anyone about it. 
After telling him I would be calling the police, he finally agreed that he would ask and get back to me.  I
called again and could not get him.  I called James Dixon, my account manager twice and left messages.  No call.  Finally I wrote the corporate office of Lexus and a lady from Fort Worth called me back but had to leave a message because I was at work.  I called her back and left another message.  Two weeks later I called her back again and talked to her. 
She said she had left me a message about the service manager who said there was nothing to my story and to just forget it!!!!!  That was it!  Strangely, I did not receive a message on my cell phone or my work phone from her. 

When I initially spoke to her, I told her that the account manager was not calling me back either. She said that she had talked to James per my last message and that he said he had tried to call me twice.  I received NO phone call from James
until that day that I talked to her.  That was the only phone call I received.  All the answers were the same.  We cant help you and continual lies about the fact that they had tried to call me back.

When I returned the car after the lease was up, the pre owned car salesman that I returned it to asked me why I wasnt buying a new Lexus.  I told him the story.  He said, Yeah, they have been having a lot of thefts.  The shop manager
ended up firing a lot of the guys because there were so many complaints!  I realize I am an idiot for leaving
jewelry in the trunk of the car, but I would have thought that at the very least Lexus would be willing to interview each employee about the theft.  I got nothing but a cold shoulder and hopes that I would go away.  I will never shop with Lexus again.
