We went on a cruise for our hooneymoon on 10/17/04 on royal carribean ship. We bought from Park West 26 art pieces, we took 4 with us and the rest was to be received at home in 4 to 8 weeks. we recieved all of the artwork , except for 1, the most expensive piece and the most we where anticipating. it's a Winnie the Pooh color by number sketch on tissue, original done by Walt Disney Studios( price paid $1600.00).

We called Park West beginning of January as it was weird we havent'received it yet. We spoke with KC at Park West and we where told by her that the artwork was being mailed as we speak.

One week past and we did'nt received anything. We called KC again and she told us it was being framed in Miami,Fl.

We called approx 3 days after, and was told it was being framed in Michigan. She told me that she would call back and let me know the traking number. Traking number that i nevered received and I had to call her and all i got was her voice mail. I left messages and never got an answer from her. I got tired of this game. I called and ask to speak with the manager, and guess what? KC was available to talk to me and i told her i wanted to talk to the manager, so I did.

The manager Mrs. Silius or something like that told me she would take care of the problem and that i would have a traking number. I never received a traking number nor the artwork.

Finally I called the manager again ( we are know in the month of February ) She told me I would receive my artwork on 02/08/05.

And indeed she was right. The only problem taht they did not mention to me was that the artwork was damaged and was sent to me anyway thinking I would be ignorant enough to not notice it.

I call back to talk to the manager and I spoke to KC which told me she would have an answer for me tommorow. I insisted on talking to the gallery director or manager to have this problem resolved as I dont want a damage artwork without any value except to use as tissue paper.
