BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Stay as far away from these slimey jokers as you can!

The other reports we read on this site about this slimeball ring absolutly true, especially the former employee's statements about the false advertizing, use of stored car's in their care, theft, lack of security ect. and yes they do keep your keys and leave your gas tank empty.

We contracted for auto storage and "Shuttle Service" too and from PDX, prepaying all charges.

I arrived at a locked gate with what appeared to be a salvage yard behind it, no one to park my car and no shuttle. I dialed the number for Parkrose RV Storage and a guy named Leo said he would be right there. He arrived in what turned out to be "The Shuttle" a beat up old sedan full of garbage with little room for luggage. He said I had to leave my keys with him. I was already late for my flight due to his tardy arrival so I pushed my fears aside and left him the keys and car.

It got worse....We arrived to find no "shuttle" waiting, we called the number and got a message "This phone number is temporarily disconnected. It was 1am, a taxi at $80 was not an option as Leo had our keys to the house. A call to their "after hours #" yielded only an automated message. We ended up taking a shuttle to a motel for the night. Leo did answer our call the next morning and we did get our car back minus the gas and + milage. They refuse to compensate for even the cost of our emergency lodging and breach of contract and much alone the inconvienience, missing gas, ect... We are filing suit in superior court.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKER.... FAR AWAY!!!!

This Company is Under New Management!

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

I am an employee of Parkrose RV Storage. I am pleased to announce that this company has been bought out and is under new management!

I don't know the details of what happened and whether or not anybody's property actually got stolen or not, but that's not relevant, because Leo is no longer the owner, all the staff have been replaced, the security has been updated/increased, and the contract has been completely rewritten.  You can rest assured that the new management will not make the same mistakes as the old.

When I started working here, I Googled the company and was shocked to find that it was infamous online.  I've been working here for a month now and I haven't seen any shady activity or weirdness whatsoever.  I think it's time everyone know about the new regime.

Rebuttal to Parkrose Rv Storage Story

#3Consumer Comment

I have been a loyal customer of Parkrose Rv Storage for years.  I am one of the few first customer's.  I have never had any problems with my shuttle not being their when I need it, especially when I can 24 hours in advance like the contract says.  My car is never minus gas or extra miles.  I am getting very tired of ex-employees pretending to be a customer and slandering this very nice and reputable company.  Obviously they have never hear of the old saying "If you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all".  Some people should start thinking before they slander others.  Great job Parkrose Rv Storage!!
