Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

They knowingly sell cars that CarMax would not certify and sell. They then make the vehicle driveable and sell it. They are NOT in the business of selling cars they are in the business of selling dangerously unsafe vehicles then the buyer calls within hours or days complaining about being broke down, stranded or that the car simply wouldn't start...Pars cars then will offer to repair the vehicle but since they are back logged with repairs people are told they will be given an appointment for 2-3 weeks away...they are then left stranded and most refuse to pay on a vehicle that is unsafe or disbaled. If they are lucky...the might get an issue fixed and days later it will break down again. They count on people coming in with a huge down-payment since this money and the monthly charges after they repossess it will be the only monies they receive from the buyer. Pars Cars simply buys vehicles that will pass emissions!

You have a misunderstanding of "Lemon Law"

Lemon Law is for NEW cars - not used cars.  Research Lemon Law in your state, it is limited to the first two years after the manufacture of the vehicle.  This is not unusual. As far as I am aware, all Lemon Laws are for new vehicles. As to class action type lawsuits - the consumer doesn't get anything there either. The attornies are the ones that get rich on a class action.

There is something you can do though:  you can learn how to buy a vehicle. It is up to the consumer to stay away from vehicles in poor condition. You can do that by having a vehicle inspection from a third party mechanic (not suggested by the dealer) so you get an independent report on the actual condition of the vehicle. Once you know the condition, you can decide to purchase it, or not purchase it. It is impossible to tell the condition yourself unless you are a mechanic that has the proper knowledge and training.

I have nothing to do with the dealership you are complaining about - but you can't put it 100% on the dealer when you have the ability to choose between buying a good car at a decent dealership and buying a poorly maintained vehicle at a Buy Here Pay Here type dealeship. Take responsibility for your choices too.  Research your options before you buy. Learn how to buy a vehicle the right way. HINT:  it is not by walking onto the dealership lot unprepared.

Buyers BEWARE! Do NOT put your loved ones in one of their vehicles. If you have children...stay away. They don't make their money off of selling cars they make their money on the VERY HIGH down payments ESPECIALLY DURING TAX SEASON & repossessions since buyers rarely get to enjoy driving the vehicles & will ultimately can't then stop paying for a vehicle that doesn't run or is unsafe to drive. A Former Sales Agent for Pars Cars told me on any given day at least 5 people call upset about their vehicles they recently put their hard-earned money down for. WE need a class-action suit that will make them pay buyers back or at best be shut down for operating as they have for so many years. GEORGIA DOESN'T HAVE A LEMON LAW PLUS PARS TARGETS CHRISTIANS HEAVILY ON THE ATLANTA CHRISTAN STATIONS.
