DO NOT USE this company!  I called for a part for my retired father who doesn't use the web much.



I asked the salesperson if the price was the same as posted on the web, and was given an infatic "yes".  The next day, I get a shipped notice that says they charged for shipping and tax.  An extra $30!  The web said nothing about tax and FREE shipping.  That is why I asked the salesperson the question!



Call them back.  They say at first that they'll take off the shipping.  Then I leave a message with Oliver Roe, who says he listened to the tapes and that I didn't ask "specifically" if there was free shipping.  So he DENIED it.



Now, my retired 70 year old father will be out the $16 shipping plus the $16 (probably half of that) to ship it back.  We can only hope that they'll take it back. BTW, 2-3 weeks to process that which took them 30 seconds to do when they take your $.



Stay Away from Partstore.com!!
