I ordered a couple of plastic handle end caps for my Samsung microwave handle from these guys on April 27th. Every day they sent me updates with a future ship date. The ship date kept moving further and further. Now, they stopped sending me any updates and the order status still shows my items are back-ordered.
They are a ripoff and do not respond to emails or care about their customers. Stay away and take your business else where. I hope some one shuts them off, for good.
