What do you expect from a bunch of bottom feeding junk debt buyers anyway? They purchase this debt for pennies on the dollar in hopes of hitting the jackpot. They don't care what it takes or how low they go.
Just like the person commenting before me, they are extremely arrogant about the whole thing.

I know someone that holds personal information for every employee of that office. EVERY EMPLOYEE: lawyers, collection staff and administrative. Just like my debt and personal information was sold to them, their personal info can be sold to me. And they should hope that I never wish use it in a manner that they have used mine. I too have been wronged by this law firm/collection agency and wonder how any of them would feel to go through what they so effortlessly put consumers through. They seem to think that filing for judgments is the only way to collect debt owed to creditors. Even when I offered to make payment arrangements, the collections rep got smart with me and hung up. The b*****d had the nerve to say why accept my arrangements when they could sue in court and get up to 25% of my income. Luckily, I did go to court and offered proof of my claim that what they requested was not actually owed to them. They count on us not to fight or show up in court so that they can easily be granted judgments by default. To hell with that. The judge agreed with my terms since they had no concrete proof of the up to date amount of the debt and not to mention that he was none too satisfied with the collections rep's smug attitude. So, I kindly called back to speak with the rep afterwards and told him to ask his boss what the judge told him, laughed in his ear and hung up. At some point, I may act on my rage but for now I feel that revenge is a dish best served cold!
