I have already addressed the fact, I'm not a competitor. I'm an IT pro of 10 years working as a systems engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. Despite this fact, Gary insists I am a competitor to pass-guaranteed.com, and since he is convinced of this he is going to try to spread false accusations about me personally. I'm still puzzled as to why they didn't just give me a refund when I first asked. I would have never spent this much time and effort if they had just honored their refund policy in the first place. Only after they found my report on ripoffreport.com did they refund the transaction through PayPal. Yes they claim they didn't receive the attachment...twice...but did they ever ask for it to be sent a third time? As you can see in the copy of my email above, I referenced the attached document, since they supposedly didn't receive the attachment in the email, don't you think they should have asked for it to be sent again? Nope, not until they saw the report or ripoffreport.com. Put yourself in my shoes, you sent an email with a pdf attachment AND used the contact us page which allows uploading attachments, and yet the company claims they still didn't receive it...come on, who are they trying kid? Once again, we did not receive the customer's failed transcripts. As anyone knows, email and attachements are often blocked by spam filters. "This is common knowledge". We regret the way this customer feels, we have provided a full refund after we received the customer's failed transcripts. In addition, I would like to add, that this is the first customer I have ever heard of taking two exams in one day. I strongly feel that the customer was not fully prepared in writing the 70-292 and 70-296 exams and rushed his studies to prepare for both these exams on the same day! Just so there is no confusion of whether a copy of the failed transcripts were provided originally, here is my email along with the response from pass-guaranteed.com. Hi, I am the President of Pass-Guaranteed.com. Please be advised that: Ripoff Report does not guarantee that all reports are authentic or accurate. Regarding this issue relating to the 70-292 and 70-296 practice exams, this customer did contact us. We did not receive any failed transcripts from this customer. Even though the customer stated that we received the attachements and was very persistent stating that we did, we did not receive any transcript attachements. Email is not guaranteed and there could be many reasons the attachement could have been flagged by our spam filters just by the way the attachement is named. According to our refund policy, you have to provide failed transcripts within 180 days after your purchase date to be eligible for a refund. With regards to stating to the customer that they will not be receiving a refund, this was true because we did not receive any failed transcripts from this customer. The customer was just asking for a refund without providing us with the required documentation which is to send us a scanned copy of his failed transcript. This customer has used our products before and has not had any issue's with other practice exams that he has purchased up until now. We did not receive any of the failed transcripts that this customer claimed he has sent. We have a very good name in the industry and we do not in any way scam any of our customers! After this report, we have emailed the customer to provide the failed transcripts. After emailing the customer to provide the failed transcripts, the customer responded with his failed transcripts and we have now refunded the customers purchase which falls under our 100% Money Back Guarantee policy.
