Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I, too, have not had success in receiving my refund from pass-guaranteed.com for an exam I did not pass (my CCNA).

I signed up with pass-guaranteed.com in Dec 2007 for the CCNA study exam. When I took the exam in March of 2008, I did not pass. When I tried to contact the company to receive my refund(sent 3 different emails and called several times), I received no responses to my emails.

On April 16, 2008 I finally managed to get a response from a Michael S who provided a link to obtaining my refund, which conveniently was the same link I had been using BEFORE to send my information. I attached the scanned results with all the information I could think of that would be pertinent (my PayPal account #, name, userid, etc). I still received no response. I repeatedly tried their live-chat, emailed their tech-support and called the number listed on their website all to no avail.

Each time I spoke to the woman at the number listed, she could only tell me she would pass on my information to those that could help me. She would not tell me anything else or give me any names of any supervisors to escalate my issue to.

All of this occurred well within the 180 day time frame for supposedly receiving a refund. I NEVER once got any responses to my emails I sent nor has anyone EVER called me back. I have told anyone that is looking for CCNA study aids to avoid pass-guaranteed.com's website. I'm very disappointed in the customer support and extremely frustrated that I have not received my refund.

Once again, you are Falsely Stating you have sent us the information again and that you even got a reply back from us. That is False! I challenge you to copy our replies in this thread because we have not received any such information from you. Keep on submitting your fake posts. Once again, suspect a competitor trying to destroy our name.

"Just remember, these fake comments are the same comments, same wording just on different websites. So, if we are ripping our customer's off and customer's are failing their exams with our products. Wouldn't you think there would be around 1000 postings? Mind you, unique postings? Let me guess, this is what you are going to do next, make different postings now with different users on different sites."

I can go on and again list all the points whereby anyone can see you are a FAKE POST TRYING TO DISCREDIT OUR NAME! Instead, the best reason anyone can see that your Post is FAKE is that there are no others to support your ridiculous claim.

Vincent S (or Peter),

I took your suggestion and went back to Pass-guaranteed.com's website and filed a refund request, again.  This time, I received almost immediate correspondance back from a Paul W and gave him all the information I have (as well as my name, email address and phone number to contact me).  I found the original email strings from back in April - June 2008 with the scanned results of my CCNA exam so I forwarded that to him as well. He indicated he needs to go through and validate my claim which is understandable - especially as the time has been so long.  I have to admit, I am pleasantly surprised that I received such quick response this time.  My flagging spirits are buoyed and hopefully, this can be resolved satisfactorily soon.

The facts have not changed, which are simple:

We responded to you on Feb/15/2009 asking for your receipt id or order number on this post thread in which you state you never got a notification. We don't get any notifications from ripoffreport. You do, we do not or else we would have resolved this immediately if we did! We stumbled upon this and are now discrediting your fake post in which we have discredited. Your points are not valid at all!

We have not received any of the information that you state you have forwarded to us in your most recent post. Once again, you can post all the fake comments that you want. People wont' buy it! Anyone can contact us here in which we invite any customer to call: http://www.pass-guaranteed.com/contactus.htm

We have already responded to your post with regards to you saying that there are many posts with regards to disgruntled customers. Let me refresh your memory once more below:

If you want a number by number rebuttal:

1. If you read the posting, dated 27 Jan 2009 on this website, you will see that I had submitted the information back in April 2008 to Pass-guaranteed. I came to this website after being frustrated beyond belief that Pass-Guaranteed did not honor its refund policy and would not return my multiple phone calls or multiple email requests.

2 & 3. As far as waiting 11 months to rebut the posting made by Vincent S dated 15 Feb 2009, I can find no records on receiving a notification from the website that a reply had been posted and frankly, by that point, I gave up on getting any resolution from Pass-Guaranteed. I decided to study for my CCNA using a competitor's product - and was very pleased with their layout, questions, etc and passed in April 2009. I apologize for not checking back on the website until 11 months later but, not to put too fine a point on it, why did it take Pass-Guaranteed almost three weeks to reply to the original post - especially now that we seem to corresponding on a daily basis? Not that I'm not pleased, mind you, that we're having a dialogue now but I don't know what else to provide to you from 2008 that I haven't already done to receive my refund.

4. Where, exactly, do you want the information to be sent if not posting it on this website as I have done, apparently, multiple times? If you want the original failed exam status printout, I no longer have that.  I do, however, have the exam history from the test provider (Pearson Vue) where it indicates a failed exam.  It has the time, date, exam I took, status of the exam as well as the location of the testing site.

5. I have already explained the difference between the two receipt numbers - one is from PayPal for the receipt of the Pass-Guaranteed product (receipt number 0842-4006-7476-6328), the other is what I received in an email from the Pass-guaranteed tech when I opened a ticket with concerns about some of the questions on the study guide. That number showed up as a reply email from a Michael S in Dec 2007. When I sent the refund request email on 15 April, Michael S again replied with a link to the website. There is not a receipt number on that email reply. I understand what you are saying when Pass-guaranteed does not give out ticket numbers when submitting a request, but there is one on the email I sent with the question discrepancies.

 6. This website indicates we are not to include our name or email address so I cannot give my name to you on this website. How would you like me to "reveal" myself? Is there a number I can call you directly or do you have a valid email address that I can communicate with you?

 7. I say that because you cussed at me in your last posting - if I read your sxxx comment correctly.

I cannot comment on how many people who appear to be disgruntled have had their issues resolved with Pass-guaranteed but there are quite a few responses on Google when you type in pass-guaranteed scam so if they ARE resolved the websites have not been updated.

In response to your recent reply, I would like to clarify the following:

You state we still have the incorrect information?

It seems you have the incorrect information and yet you failed to respond to many questions that we have asked you in the previous posts, and here are examples:

1. You posted this report on Jan/27/2009 on ripoffreport. Any customer can view this on this page.

2. We responded to you on Feb/15/2009 asking for your receipt id or order number on this post thread in which you can verify on the left side of when posts were made on ripoffreport.

3. We did not receive a reply until Dec/14/2009, which is 11 months later!  You can reference ripoffreport dates on the left hand side of this page to confirm the dates.  I suspect you did not think we would know if you posted a fake receipt 11 months later but we did.

4. We have not received any of the information that you state you have forwarded to us in your most recent post. Once again, you can post all the fake comments that you want. YOU GOT CAUGHT!

5. You state: "You don't even know what we think was photoshoped."  Let me refresh your memory again with what was stated in this post which you can reference as well.

Search for the text on this page for yourself!

"Regarding this fake receipt which we are unable to bring up in Paypal. I have to say that was a good photoshop job on your part. Back in 2007? You posted this on Jan/27/2009. Also, you state Receipt #: 3PW65057LX423441F, then in the picture of the receipt, it shows a different Receipt Number: 0842-4006-7476-6328.

Also, by the way, we do not give out ticket numbers when submitting a request!

6. I know you are Katberts1. I am trying to get your name and I referred to your post name as Anonymous.

7. You state, you are truly amazed that we are still in business. Good luck with the business!!. I truly believe we will need it. Thank you for bringing this up! The reason why we are still in business is what I have also stated in this post which you have a hard time registering. Let me refresh your memory once again.

- Affordable Pricing on High Quality Certification Training Products. (I guess this doesn't sit well with you. We will know which competitor you are soon).
- 100% Pass-Guarantee Policy with Full Details Listed on our Website

Wow, I am stunned you still have the incorrect information.  I have forwarded to you all information that I have in regards to my dealings with Pass-guaranteed and went back through all the emails in my listings on this website to validate the dates I posted information and you still do not have it right.  It's really unfortunate Pass-guaranteed chooses to not believe me.  I have forwarded Pass-guaranteed the information, I have not photo shopped anything; I don't even know what it is Pass-guaranteed thinks I've photo shopped!  As far as the katberts1 comment, I am katberts1.  It is my signon to this web site.

It is apparent that dealing with Pass-guaranteed has been no different than when I tried to get resolution & a refund back in 2008.  Instead of refunding my $69.00, Pass-guaranteed has chosen to put roadblocks up and snow ball my efforts until I have to resort to calling Pass-guaranteed out on a website.  Pass-guaranteed has been extremely unprofessional in their dealing with this issue and I am truly amazed it is still in business.

Good Luck with the business; I truly believe Pass-guaranteed will need it.

Hi Anonymous Poster,

This is in reply to your recent attempt to discredit our name once again:

In your recent reply, you stated: "I do not see anywhere in my reply that I posted on December 14, 2009 that indicates my receipts date to Jan 27, 2009.  If you actually looked at my response you will see the one receipt is from PayPal (0842-4006-7476-6328), the other is a ticket number from your company on the issue of questions that were incorrect that was initially submitted back in December 2007.  The actual email string requesting the refund does not have a receipt number as I filled it out on the pass-guaranteed.com website."

Here is our Reply:

Let me refresh you memory

You posted this so called fake complaint on Jan/27/2009. You state in your post, you signed up to Pass-Guaranteed.com in Dec 2007. You also stated you took the exam in March 2008. What seems really funny to me is that you posted this fake report on Jan/27/2009. We have responded to your post on Feb/15/2009 requesting your order number or receipt id for your purchase. We did not get a response from you till Dec/14/2009 with your fake receipt id 11 months after your first post of Jan/27/2009! See, it seems that you had to provide a receipt to make this look realistic 11 months later thinking we would not be able to notice this! Nice Try!

You state in your reply that we give a ticket number when contacting us when in fact we do not give a ticket number when contacting Pass-Guaranteed. Anyone can try this for themselves to see this is true! I can easily forge what you have done by giving this to a graphic designer that can do the same. It seems you have something to gain by this most likely because you are a competitor trying to destroy our name!

I never stated that your receipt date is Jan/27/2009. You need to read over your fake comments and get your facts straight. Here is exactly what was stated:

"Regarding this fake receipt which we are unable to bring up in Paypal. I have to say that was a good photoshop job on your part. Back in 2007? You posted this on Jan/27/2009. Also, you state Receipt #: 3PW65057LX423441F, then in the picture of the receipt, it shows a different Receipt Number: 0842-4006-7476-6328."

See where it states, you posted this on Jan/27/2009,  it does not mention that your receipt id is from Jan/27/2009. You posted this fake complaint on Jan/27/2009 on ripoffreport.

In your original post, you have no mention of incorrect answers, but in the recent post, now you are including fake emails saying that there are incorrect answers along with fake email responses claiming you never received your refund. Hmmm. You got to wonder!

You state google pass-guaranteed.com sxxx on google, there appears to be more than a few disgruntled consumers.

Out of the few disgruntled consumers you mention, only 2 of the issues are valid and have been resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of both customers. The first valid post is regarding a customer that took two exams in one day. Yes, that is correct. The customer took two exams in one day. You can see that we did not receive the customer's transcripts. He was attaching two transcripts, 2 files that were very large in which our email server was denying the request due to the massive file attachment. We feel that the customer was not fully prepared to write and pass the exams because he rushed his studies and wanted to prove to himself that he can write two exams in one day. We now have put in our guarantee policy that we will not refund any customer who has written two exams in one day. You can view our guarantee policy here: http://www.pass-guaranteed.com/guarantee.htm

We have resolved this issue with the customer and I would also like to point out that this customer still purchases from pass-guaranteed.

There is another valid post in which we have also responded to the customer that stated he ordered the 70-290 study guide which had 70-290 lab information on the page. Our webmaster mistakenly added the lab content to the study guide page in which this was corrected as soon as we were made aware of this. The customer was satisfied with this resolution and we apologized for the inconvenience that this has caused him.

All other complaints & reports are fake! You can see that we request receipt id's and order numbers with no responses. Also, you can see that these fake complaints are submitted to other websites with the exact same wording. This so called person that you are who calls himself Katberts1 is trying to make you think that they are more people when in fact it is the same person using the same exact posts, just on different sites.

So, that facts are. Anybody can put anything online and try to bad mouth any company. Who would do this? Competitors that are threatened by your products and amazing customer service and satisfaction! We offer very affordable pricing and this is what I guess doesn't sit good with them.

So, when you say that many people have also experienced this, know this: It is great to know that our competitors are threatened by our products.

You state other people have been duped by Pass-Guaranteed but you failed to mention that out off all the reports mentioned, two are accurate in which the issue's have been resolved in which I clearly stated above. Two other reports, we have requested receipt id or order numbers with no reply. One report mentions that we do not have live chat nor do we answer any calls. You can see from our reply we clearly state in this report for any customer to call or email anytime to see that these accusations are false. Once again, we welcome any customer to call or email us anytime to show you that these claims are false. Try it, you have nothing to lose.

So, in total, there are 8 reports on ripoff report. Two reports that I agree that are valid and have been resolved. Two reports that we have requested order number or receipt ids without any replies and your fake report, which clearly has discrepancies in it along with a photoshop pic. There is another report in which we clearly state for all customer's to contact us anytime and see how fast we respond to inquiries.

These same reports are spread across other websites with the same wording and it might make you think that there are more people when in fact it's the same report information just on different sites.

So in conclusion. Out of our millions of subscribers and customer's that we currently have and the fact that we have been in business since 2002. You can make all the fake posts that you want. People won't buy it. We have many customer's that love our products and pass their exams using our products. This is why we are now offering 50% off any customer testimonial submitted to Pass-Guaranteed. You can view this here: http://www.pass-guaranteed.com/submit_testimonial.htm

So, you can keep on posting your fake comments and photoshop all you want. Our customer's and our branded name which we have many years of success in will put your fake comments to rest.

Just remember, these fake comments are the same comments, same wording just on different websites. So, if we are ripping our customer's off and customer's are failing their exams with our products. Wouldn't you think there would be around 1000 postings? Mind you, unique postings? Let me guess, this is what you are going to do next, make different postings now with different users on different sites.

Your statements are false. You state we issue a ticket number where the receipt id is in the email, we do not generate a ticket number when you submit an email.

We invite any customer to view our demo's and submit any testimonials on our products that you have passed. We have a next to perfect success rate with our products. You will receive 50% off your next purchase by doing so. This is only limited to two requests a year.

We also welcome any customer to email us or call us at anytime. We will be glad to answer your inquiries.

Peter,

I do not see anywhere in my reply that I posted on December 14, 2009 that indicates my receipts date to Jan 27, 2009.  If you actually looked at my response you will see the one receipt is from PayPal (0842-4006-7476-6328), the other is a ticket number from your company on the issue of questions that were incorrect that was initially submitted back in December 2007.  The actual email string requesting the refund does not have a receipt number as I filled it out on the pass-guaranteed.com website.

I am posting the entire string of emails requesting a refund. I am not including the phone bills that have the calls I repeatedly made. I have removed my name and email address as per the website's policy.  Of course, you can continue to deny the validity of my claim, even with all of the information provided.  This just proves that your company does not stand by its pass guaranteed claim but others who have not been duped will be able to see that they should think twice before purchasing products from your company.  I will not get into your statement: "We hardly get any customer's requesting a refund for a failed exam and in the event that they have failed the exam, we do refund our customer's and make sure we provide an update on the practice exam within 2 weeks time."  because there are two responses attached to this claim string alone.  If you google pass-guaranteed.com scam on google, there appears to be more than a few disgruntled consumers.

False Claim, Fake Receipt!

#10REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, February 04, 2010

I am the president of Pass-Guaranteed.com and I would like the opportunity to reply to these completely false accusations. It seems that a competitor is attempting to destroy our name with this fake post because I do not see any record of this Paypal Receipt back in 2007 nor have we received any emails requesting a refund from this user.

Anybody can write any review online about any company and we suspect once again competitors trying to bad mouth our company.

We have many customer's that pass their exams using our products and I welcome any customer to view our demo's and see the quality for themselves. That is why they are called demo's. To show the quality of our products. Compare our products with competitors products and you will see a big difference. Our products are much more superior.

Regarding this fake receipt which we are unable to bring up in Paypal. I have to say that was a good photoshop job on your part. Back in 2007? You posted this on Jan/27/2009. Also, you state Receipt #: 3PW65057LX423441F, then in the picture of the receipt, it shows a different Receipt Number: 0842-4006-7476-6328.

If you happened to fail your exam in which it is very unlikely to do so with the help of our products, we do refund our customer's. You will have to provide all of the necessary information in order to receive your refund which is found on our Guarantee Policy page: http://www.pass-guaranteed.com/guarantee.htm. We hardly get any customer's requesting a refund for a failed exam and in the event that they have failed the exam, we do refund our customer's and make sure we provide an update on the practice exam within 2 weeks time.

Once again, I welcome any customer to check our products and compare them to any other vendor. We have reviews located on our website in which customer's will receive a 50% discount on their next purchase by submitting a review.

Vincent S,

Below is the receipt from PayPal for the CCNA Pass-Guaranteed Exam back in 2007 as well
a copy of one of the emails requesting a refund.  The PayPal receipt is dated 17 Dec 2007. The receipt number is listed on the email.  It would be really great if your company honored its

Thank you,

I found at least three incorrect questions in the exam I purchased. I felt I just couldn't trust the questions a refund was requested. They emailed me back stating their authors would look at it and stated they had nothing but good things said about this exam. It's now 6+ weeks later and my last two emails have been ignored. If you're going to sell a product containing incorrect information then a refund should be allowed, not ignoring the customer!

#14REBUTTAL Owner of company

Dear Katberts1 It seems like this is another post once again with a competitor trying to destroy our name. If you did indeed order this product, what is your order number or receipt id for this purchase? Anybody can file a complaint on ripoffreport.com and bash any company name. Regards, Vincent. S
