Passaic Park Motors DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!! ONE MAN DEALERSHIP...THE ONE MAN IS A RIP OFF ARTIST!!! Passaic, New Jersey
I bought 2006 Chrysler Pacifica with 48K miles from this guy on May 8. The car broke down and has been in the shop since May 18th. He didn't put the the state required warranty on the car (even though he lied and said he did) until 2 days after the car broke down and naturally they wont pay for the repairs. When I call him he yells at me and tells me he cant afford to lose any money on this car. He even yelled at my lawyer and told him he doesn't care what we do cuz he sold me the car 'as is'.... they way he sells ALL of his cars.
If you buy a car from this guy... when you drive off the lot you better do a lot of praying. Because if the engine goes kaputt like mine did..... you will have no car and no money to buy another. And this dude will scream at you for bothering him about it. Worst part being how friendly and helpful and personable he is when you are buying the car... but later you realize you bought the car from Satan himself. One man dealership and that one man is a super CROOK... BUYERS BEWARE!! I gave him 14k cash and my money and car are both GONE!!!
Keep in mind I have not asked for any him to give me anything back or do anything extra except repair the car. I know most people would probably go and shake him up side down to get their money back.... but with this dude I'm afraid his fangs would come out and he would just start sucking the blood out of my ankles... or to be honest.. I just know its never gonna happen unless I drag him through the court system which could take almost a year... and even then my lawyers says enforcing him paying the money back from a judgement could be a whole other ordeal... but we should expect that from this kind of person.
I was left 4 mos pregnant on the side of the road with my 2 and 4 year old crying with the crook on the other line telling me he'll call me back... Don't get stuck like me... pay a little more elsewhere for a car that won't break down in less than 15 days!! Wish me luck in court with this guy....my lawyer said he's one of the coldest he's had to deal with and it will be hard to get anything back from.
