I wanted to order a few hundred dollars worth of painting with a couple of frames. But the assistant NIkita on 'chat' said there was no ability to arrange a delivery time. Like most people, we work weekdays so no one is in the house, and there would be no one there to collect. The assistant then told me that they would leave the goods outside the front door (I am not joking!), or I could have them delivered to my work address, and then ended the conversation. I don't know how they run an online business like this.
