This website should not be allowed to exsist and continue to rip people off.  I paid almost $180.00 for my passport to be expidted to me via FedEx and had to go to the post office and pay an additional $183.00 to insure getting my passport in time for my trip.  The people at the post office have never heard of this company and also told me that passports can not be sent through FedEx, only through registered US mail.  I called the company multiple times and was given the same run around every time. They told me I had to follow instructions in an email that I never received and that I had only 24 hours to cancel the order.  They told me to contact customer service on their website about a refund and got shut down and given the customer service phone number to call about a refund.  The women I spoke to were rude and kept telling me how they have been in the passport business for 17 years and that the post office was the ones lying to charge me more money.
