File complaints with the Atty. General in their state of operation as well as the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Also send a letter to the Federal Trade Commission-they have brought some justice to people like ourselves. If the Atty. General in the state sees a pattern of complaints, they will thoroughly investigate. If there are only a few, they send a letter for the company to tell their side of the story then you get to rebut that. I have a complaint in with a company such as this right now. The company offered me a deal on a "gag order" that has paled in comparison to what I actually spent but I also want the ability to warn and help as many people as possible and prevent them from making the same mistake. Wow-how's that for a run-on sentence? LOL. Anyway, the USPTO also sends a letter to the company and I assume they state their side-I still haven't seen the end result yet. However, your complaint will then be published on the USPTO website unless you and the company come to some sort of agreement and you retract the complaint. Most of these invention companies are just scam artists. Consult inventored.org and You can also get alot of info by searching "invention submission" on search engines.
