Complaint Review: patientpower.info - Mercer Island Washington

Just step back and think for a minute what this woman did without much thought and just how big of an impact it could potentially have on this other woman's life.  Especially for someone with a more rare name like hers in the age of Google.  Every date she goes out on for the rest of her life will have to start with an explanation of why she isn't a hooker due to the fact the number one and two things that come up under her name on google are from this woman's rant.  Not to mention that she used to have a website and and a career in massage.  Can you think of a worse accusation for her to have thrown at her?  I can't.  She will get Mongers that will read that and go there looking for that kind of massage.  

In case you missed it in the letter,  she was essentially admiting to us in her letter that she had absolutely zero evidence all along.  She didn't even know the woman she wrote all that stuff about. She barely even knew the massage therapist who did do something to her.  Unfortunately when faced with a situation that she couldn't take back her brain was doing this thing that is common for us humans.  She was weakly put it out there what she had done in hiring the PI and and clearing her name.  it kind of sounded like she was saying that the woman should be grateful, but it was actually that she wants and needs the woman to tell her it will be okay and she is offering those small morsals as evidence that it isn't as bad as it could be. 

Of course we all know that in reality it isn't going to all be okay. But that doesn't make it easier for any of us to sit there and face the full consequences of our actions.  This is actually a key and important moment in a young adults development.  We are all understandably nervous and awkward when facing the damage we have done to someone else.  We often BS around the edges of our cupabliity, but every once and a while we will do something where there is no debate.  Everyone knows it is on us.  Period.  How a young adult learns from these experiences will profoundly shape the rest of their life.  It will impact her self esteem and her confidence much more than most appreciate.  

My guess is that she didn't hire a PI to track down a few hundred dollars from someone that had disappeared.  What likely happened was she finally sat down with someone with some sense who could be objective and more mature.  And that person maybe asked her a crazy question like, "how do you know that this woman is a prostitute and a madame again?"  Then when the person felt her hesitate for just a brief moment in answering that question, they followed up with another one like, "child have you even met this woman before or seen her before?"  And when she weakly said no, they likely yelled at her and helped her to see the error in her judgement. 

That is likely the first person we have to thank in beginning to right this mess.  Likely one of her parents.  Now how do we get it righted the rest of the way?  I think this woman should hire an attorney and get it in front of a judge to get this thing removed.  She needs to make sure she can prove that she wrote them.   If she swears to it and they get an order from a judge to remove it then they will not fight tossing a false claim.  There is no legal way they would try and hold on to this thing.  They just can't appear weak to the public because the whole thing is filled with this stuff and they would be crushed with demands if people thought they could remove the stuff on there easily.  But if both parties agree it is false then there is no case for leaving it.  Especially if the author states under oath that she slandered the client and throws herself at the mercy of the court.  3K will take care of it.  Then they can smile and hug it all out.  If you don't trust what I am saying then understand they won't want to spend several thousand dollars fighting to keep something that is valuless to them. Of course the author should pay the 3 K in fees to get it done.  

You want them both to be fighting toward the best result possible for each.  If the victim in this case starts to get angry about what has happened to her and decides to pursue a legal case then nobody really wins.  3 thousand dollars will look like the price of a happy meal compared to what a judge would order her to pay in damages in this case.  She would have to settle because she couldn't even take it to trial for fear a jury would garnish her wages for the rest of this woman's anticipated career life.   I have confidence that this will be a good lesson for her if she is able to help this woman clear her name then she will greatly benefit from this experience and from this woman's composure in dealing with what must have been a very scary situation for her.

We all make mistakes, especially when we are young, and it is just important that we learn from those mistakes and make it to the other side. I think they will make it.  

I will leave it to the victim here to slowly help her to realize that what she also did to the actually massage therapist that was involved in this thing was also egregious.  The victim was starting to say it in her note, but if they are working together I have no doubt she will help her to realize that publishing that stuff about a tantric massage therapist being a hooker and a thief all over the internet in her real name was totally wrong.  And I have no doubt that woman is also hurting a lot right now due to these accusations and her new google fame.  Certainly the holidays won't be much fun this year for her.

It is so obvious that this person made 5 different reports over the course of a few months.  It just makes them look sad and pathetic. Did they really think it wasn't obvious. If I was the business owner of patientpower mentioned in this report I would sue this idiot for puttitng my name and my company in some report online linking me to a supposed prostitute and stripper.  I would be totally livid.  It sounds like she was likely a contract worker for them and has nothing to do with that company for years.  Nice detective work and use of Google to smear his name with hers by putting him in the title when he has nothing to do with it.  

Unfortunately what really pissed me off is that you needlessly went on multiple other sites and did the same stupid tactic.  So when I tried to get a little back ground on this woman with your data points that you put in your report I couldn't easily figure out who she was.  You had foolishly clogged up the entire internet on every search under all her relevant details. Thus defeating the entire character assasination you were doing.  Clearly you are not a hacker and don't know s**t about the internet.  When you destroy someones character you would want them to see the scandalous stuff right next to the other stuff.  Now all she has to do is call herself Tamara Jo and she never has to worry about it.  If anyone sees any of this stuff they will ignore it as some nut job.  

So often you can feel these people reaching into the air as they make stuff up.  You can feel the desperation to be heard.  They want the person to feel their pain.  When you can hear that in the language they always stretch the truth or go too far.  I don't even know what this person did to the complaintant. I know you are desperate for people to hear how bad you are feeling inside, but this was not the way to do it.  

You do know that most often when people are that upset they are really made at themselves for being foolish enough to trust someone so much that hurt them.  Yes, they are really mad at themselves.  Which is so obvious here I could write an article for a psychology journal about this case.  Those reports didn't even address what really happened I don't think.  Unless you were a John maybe?  But I doubt that.  It was just filled with suggestion and slander.  People are so foolish it just boggles my mind. Dozens of reports on this one person over the course of months to what end.  It made the poster look stupid and it minimized any focus on her issues or abuses.  I would like to apologize to that poor CEO on behalf of this person for creating these Ripoff Reports and likely having it come up in google searches for his company.  I guess the one silver lining is I wouldn't be surprised if he raised patientpower's google ranking through all the dumb links this guy made all over the internet.  

I think a lot of people should not write when they are so upset and take a day or two to think about their actions. I guess that would make this website much less entertaining.   But if they really look at this they will see later that it likely didn't hurt that woman very much and if she knows who wrote those reports she might take him to the cleaners for a ton of money with a lawsuit.  

She could even destroy his reputation by linking his name to some terrible innuendo on another site.  How would they like to find their name linked to prostituion or something outlandish like sex with a minor?  And I bet she would be smart enough not to sit on her home computer with a known ip address and set herself up for a major lawsuit.  Because considering the person in this complaint represented themselves as multiple different people and clearly was not honestly presenting of the facts,  I don't think any judge would hesitate to hand her a crushing verdict.  Even if she was a horrible evil woman and everyone knew it.  It wouldn't matter.  You can't defend the character assasination this person did on this site. Hopefully the pain has diminished over the past few years.  It is completely possible she has not seen these yet.  When she does though it is very possible you might be getting served.  

I might have used he in their a few times, but I was trying not to since I have no idea what the gender is of the author.  I could only say with certainty that the same person wrote all of the ones I saw scattered on several websites.

Since this Ripoff Report should go down as an all time classic one.  I think we would all appreciate an update from this Tamara woman.  I would love to hear a measured response from her.
