My guys actualy paid our dues then signed with her "label" we went to stl on our own expense and got to our hotel. We were told a tour bus was comming and we would be gone within days. ill make this story short we were left in a hotel starving for almost 2 months with no way home and no money and the 2 times we got food (less than 30 dollers worth for three grown men) it was bought with food stamps (have the reciepts still) and thretend by hotel management everyday that if she pay we would be thrown out on the streets. Also anytime we asked questions we were told to stop causing her problems have emails and all still to prove it. We finally got family to come get us and made it home.

As of August 31st, yet another judgment has been placed against her and her company. As expected, she talked a good story and when court came didn't show... AGAIN. I now have my own judgment against her and still have yet to receive my money back. I really don't expect to see a dime but my intention now is to make sure that this continues until her businesses are no longer recognized by the state or she is behind bars, whichever comes first. To be quite honest, I could care less which but I refuse to quit as long as she continues to operate. Next step FTC. ;)

I am now up to 5 complaints on this website alone. But that's not all! I have found on the website - courts.mo.gov/casenet. On this site type in Patricia Follin under litigant search. You will find a history back to 1998. What's more is you can search Midwest Flawless Entertainment and find that she also has at least 3 judgements against her and the company. Will keep you apprised of any new information that is discovered.

Almost forgot. The June 9th date, we were promised a new contract. Why did we not receive one for this date? To that matter why would one expect to be able to enforce a contract for a May 5th show that was rescheduled for June 9th? That is unless you do this frequently and know loop holes to get over on people. Let's hope she actually makes good on her word this time.

Let's do it this way. For the record, I have NEVER declined a gig at Dante's, I need proof that the date exists. I will not wait until the day of to find that I've been had not once, not twice but three times. For anyone paying attention to this complaint I want you to see her in action. I will agree to play the date and I will keep you informed of all calls, all messages all attempts to confirm as I have over the past 4-5 months and have come to the conclusion I have now. She is not a professional. She is very unorganized. She is a new artists worst nightmare. So I beg you, prove me wrong. Produce confirmation and we will play but in the event we don't get this confirmation, we will not show. We were already promised to have this confirmation by Thursday of last week. Then you texted that it would be Friday by noon. At 3:30 pm on Friday, as usual, I had to follow up and call you. This is standard practice for you. If you can actually produce a new contract and a contact at Dante's we'll play. Otherwise, I will continue to see to it that I will do everything in my power to see to it that you don't get away with stealing peoples hard earned money again. I can't make it any simpler than that.

Well, I will admit that I jumped to the logical conclusion that since the last 2 dates scheduled for my band were never actually on the books, I had to assume that if you're capable of doing it 2 times, what would make me think that the 3rd time was out of the ordinary. But it does stand to reason, if the club is closed, we're not on the books. Furthermore, their website is where I got my information (((ROR REDACTED))) Feel free to check it out. Also, where is the advertising and radio promotion we were promised back in March? All the way up to April 30th, she was under the impression we were to play May 5th. Never saw one iota of advertising. Why is that you may ask? Logic tells me that if you don't have a scheduled event at a venue and the venue doesn't even recognize that you work with/for them since prior to me signing a contract for May 5th, I guess you would look rather silly. Be that as it may, my contract is dated May 5th. If we are to work on dates outside of the contract, then we will go with the next confirmed date. I told you June 9th verbally, I followed up with a confirming email and 2 voicemail messages before calling the venue, since you failed to respond after a week, to find that you haven't worked with them in over 3 months. To top it off I was told you ripped band after band off of their deposit money. Why would he volunteer this information without knowing who I was? I simply called to confirm June 9th. He said he doesn't know me or my band and NOTHING was ever scheduled for my band to play there on May5th nor June 9th. So she can keep playing games, bottom line she is bad news. Steer clear or be next to donate. The evidence speaks for itself. Look up her BBB rating. Who needs 4 or more aliases thats doing business on the up and up? Why is a man in Michigan complaining about her business here in St. Charles?

Again Dennis make sure you read your contract and also make sure you tell the WHOLE truth and not just your seeded version of it. Dante's is a venue that if you are a promoter you can use Mon- Wed since they are closed on those days. And on those days they have had genres from Rock to Gospel there. Research would have shown you that. They do have their Latino nights which takes place by their promoter on Thurs-Sunday. But by your wrong and outdated recollection they are not in business anymore. Really? If I were you I would fire the one that's been feeding you the wrong information pertaining to Dante's. And you said that the date of Aug 23rd was not in their books? Well which one is it? It's not in their books or the place is closed down. Certainly it can't be both. Fact of the matter is neither is correct. The date I gave you is for Tues August 23rd and it is on their books. Here's the bottom line for you once again. Come out and do your show as you have been contracted out to do and you will get your deposit back don't do the show deposit gone. Not sure how I can be more plain than that.

Now after all that has been discovered over the past 4 months, we now have a supposed gig scheduled for August 23rd which she is somehow trying to enforce a contract from May 5th to play. Not only has ther been 0 advertising since March 22nd, no radio air time as promised, I have just learned that the venue Dante's, a Latin Dance Bar, is where we, an Indie/Rock Band is slated to play. Really? Not only is this place no longer in operation from what I understand, there's no way a rock band would be allowed to play there. Will keep updating as information is discovered.

The information of the May 5th show is partially correct. We had a drummer who had to leave the band and we had to find and teach our songs to a new drummer. That part is true. At that time, she asked if we wanted our deposit back or if we wanted to reschedule. I chose to reschedule for June 9th. Since she never had May5th or June 9th scheduled for us to play, not to mention not one single bit of advertisment has taken place since March 22nd for either of the two shows I wish to, per my contract which she so willingly likes to flaunt, cancel my business relationship with her. She amongst other things is very unproffessional, telling me that she could meet me and give my deposit back on 3 seperate occasions which I have supporting text printouts that she agreed to give my deposit back since she was unable to come through with the June 9th date of show. Because of her giving me false dates of call backs, false times of call backs and the fact she would get angry when I would have to call her back at the deadlines she volunteered to me as a client. I shouldn't have to call a professional back when they said they would let me know something in a matter of hours and, days go by without response. This is fairly simple. Now there is a date to play at a venue on August 23rd that doesn't exist in their books. This is apparently the way she conducts business. The owner of the last venue does not wish to do business with her for the same reasons that I am trying to get my deposit back. She doesn't follow through with her self imposed deadlines. She's unprofessional when you try and hold her to said self imposed deadlines with lines like "I got s**t to do". The owner of the venue stated that numerous bands came to her for the deposit that was promised to them and never recieved from Particia. Again, per the contract I signed for May 5th, then for July9th (for a gig that never existed) I have the ability to cancel up to 4 days prior to the show. August 23rd is much farther than 4 days. Honor your contract and give the money back, it's that simple.

On March 22 Mr. Hamer indeed enter into a contract with our company to do a show on May 5th. He contacted me on April 29th to inform me that he was having an issue within his band. There was a potential that the singer was going to be replaced and the drummer was gone. He asked at that point if he could change the date. I then replied to him that I see no problem with that it would actually give us more time to advertise the show to get more fans there. I then asked him what time frame would be good for him and I would check to see what was available and get back to him. However I was right in the middle of doing some filming for a television show that I didn't get the opportunity to give him a call back in the time frame apparently he thought was reasonable. Instead of contacting me back, the promoter he had a contract with, he gets in touch with the venue and spoke with a person by the name of Jim which has given this company a problem from day one. Jim said some things to him about me and Dennis calls me back within a few days and asked me questions concerning what Jim said. I at that time explained to Dennis that I had a year's contract with this venue through the owner Deborah. However neither one of them ( Jim or Deborah) has honored their end of the contract from the start. But because of me having a contract as the execlusive promoter if they gave me any issues concerning dates in that venue my attorney was ready to sue them period. Even offered him the opportunity to look at the contract that was signed with the venue. At this point he said what would make him feel better was just getting his deposit back. However the contract in which he signed states deposit will be returned to you when you do the show. So if you don't do the show your deposit will not be returned. So now we are having this issue where he has been given a date of Augst 23, 2011 to come out and do his show and he refuses and that is his decision. However with that decision comes the fact that he will not be getting his deposit back. Anyone that would like to see a copy of Dennis' contract along with the contract I've signed with the venue may do so. You may also see all of the communications that I've had with both parties via text as well as emails which sheds proof to the things stated here. Dennis likes to play the victim in this situation but he's not. He needs to get his band together and do the show. Once that occurs he will receive his deposit. It's really that simple.
